The problem of Moen is not actually worn off, but rather not worn off for
decades that when the re-modeling comes one can't get it off. :(
Such Moen invented many wrenches for its own cartridge replacement since
that is the only moving part. |

和cartridge的中间铜棒粘一起了。真是见鬼了。
不知道有人claim过moen的warranty吗？网站上说要original sales receipt.这东西怎
么可能有啊。都是builder造的啊。 |

contractor卖，对我不合适。我自己装了厨房两个single-handle水龙头，一个moen最
受好评的7594，一个delta的评价也是5星的，的确moen设计更合理。
我家浴室都是前房主装的moen，很可能用了10年了，我们只换了一个shower的头。 |

一个龙头左边热水右边凉水的那种，牌子可能是moen
去HD买了个moen的handle replacement,但不太匹配。

在安装上来讲比MOEN牌子的要好，
第一，安装锁紧配件设计得比较合理，
第二，密封圈锁紧的时候不容易变形，从而造成漏水问题，

If you can remove the aerator, do it and try to clean it.
But if is 很烂的牌子, I suggest you get a new moen or delta.
If you want nice stuff, I like KWC brand faucet for bathroom. |

i fixed leaking before for both kitchen and bathroom faucet. the
manufacturer is moen. they sent me new catridges for free. it's a pain to
replace the catridge. each cost me more than 2 hours. (now i know the
trick. like use white vinegar. it should be 15 minute's work.) |

if you want to change the whole thing, that's a big project: you need to
break dry wall from the other side then change the valve. |

比较 entry 的 model--Price Pfister, Glacier Bay
American Standard 有好有一般的
KOHLER， MOEN 适中
Pegasus 是 Home Depot 自己中国设厂做的牌子
其他的不知道。建议在 Home Depot 或 Lowe's 买稍好的，以便今后更换。
以前 Home Depot 有一家叫 Expo 的，大多名牌的。不买，去看看，拿些 idea 也很好
，偶尔遇到人家退货，价钱和 Home Depot 卖的差不多。可惜经济不好，关了。 |

去买了套长筒的socket wrench才歇下来. 新faucet有个配套工具居然是大的太大, 小
的太小.
