They have both buffet and other normal eatery.
The casino is nice inside, but not much to see outside - unless you drive to
Mystic seaport or something. |

根據紐約州的賭博數據，皇后區雲頂世界賭場 (Resorts World)的吃角子老虎機，5月
份的收入達5750萬元，全國第一。
「每日新聞報」報導，康州金神大賭場 (Mohegan Sun)5月份的同類收入，也有5540萬
元，但與雲頂世界比較，顯得失色。康州快活大賭場(Foxwoods)的角子機收入5040萬元
，排名第三。
紐約市雲頂世界總裁史貝勒 (Michael Speller)說：「雲頂世界的模式，使紐約州的賭
博收益達到極限，並已被全國某些地方仿傚。」
雲頂世界是馬來西亞賭博巨擘雲頂集團轄下的賭場。
賭博業專家表示，雲頂世界去年10月開張後，能迅速崛起，是因紐約市的賭博市場龐大
。
顧問公司Spectrum Gaming Group的高級副總裁韋納特 (Joseph Weinert)說：「紐約市
的賭徒一直以來都在大西洋城和康州滿足賭癮。現在本地開了一家賭場，所以他們成群

一年前在皇后區賽馬場開張的雲頂世界 (Resorts World Casino)，已成為全國最賺錢
的吃角子老虎機賭廳，顯示賭客選擇較樸實的本地賭場，而不是到傳統的賭博聖地大西
洋城和康州，於是重新打造東北部賭場生態。
「紐約時報」報導，雲頂世界過去12個月從電子老虎機中獲取了近6.3億元，比大西洋
城任何一家賭場、或康州的快活 (Foxwoods)和金神大賭場 (Mohegan Sun)的老虎機都
多；雲頂每部老虎機的收入平均每天逾370元，而拉斯維加斯賭場大街的老虎機，每天
平均只169元。
雲頂的成功，顯示無論住宿多麼豪華或娛樂多麼令人興奮，對賭客來說，都及不上賭場
就在附近那麼吸引。560萬市民住在雲頂10哩內的地方，坐地鐵或開車，很短時間便到
。到10月底，雲頂的顧客預計達到1000萬人次。同時，由於雲頂的成功，預計會影響葛

years ago since most railbirds are hookers. Once in AC, a hooker just sat in
my shorthanded table and took a guy away breaking the game. |

直奔$2-5 NL桌.當天整個poker room,才開了三張台。
果然，臺上的chips都是500以上的。我一上去就買了200，不用説也被當成魚了。
三五下，我就all in了。那把贏了。後來一把two pairs輸給了river上的flush.
而且，最大感受就是2-5對於我這種新手根本不適合。
可能是我buy in太少，或者pot 太大。總之，下次只能先玩1-2了。 |

such dirty tricks in live games. i was once "string" bluffed by someone (who
faked string bet of $250 but was only "allowed" to put $50 in). |

flop: A and 2 clubs, original raiser bet medium, bluffer called, i called (
back then, i was very weak).
turn: A, raiser bet medium again, bluffer called, i raised pot. raiser
folded and bluffer called.
river: club, bluffer reached for chips, one hand holding $50 and another
hand was reaching for more... he put $50 in first and then slowly announced "
$250" (pot was like $250).
