检查报告有几个地方好像问题很大。 但我没经验，不知这些修起来方便吗。因为是

发帖数: 7142 | 40 因为 moisture sensor 要拉线进去土里，wireless 还要想办法供电。
麻烦而且硬件成本高。我现在的方案是切实可行的，简单也容易实现。
而且我相信调整好以后效果不比 moisture sensor 差。
每个地区的 Eto 是不一样，这就为什么要用附近的天气站的数据。
我觉得是一个很好的折中的方案，我目测了一下近期的数据，我觉得
附近天气站比我自己用感觉来准确多了。例如前一阵子经常下毛毛雨，
看上去很湿，但是其实没有多少水进入土里的。
植物没有那么娇气，精度不需要高到 1%。自己感觉去浇或者固定的
时间去浇（一般人很久都不去调整一次）误差很容易就100% 以上。我
这个成本低，没有拉那么多线，我觉得是个优点。
还有一个， moisture sensor 不能预报天气，我这个方案可以结合
天气预报，如果有马上降大量雨的情况可以推迟浇水。因为天气是
不能控制的，自己浇水可以控制。这样减少过多浇水。

It appears that the shower area is leaking onto the kitchen ceiling below.

请问大家买房如果遇到这些不是major issue，但是有明显问题的，都是怎么要求卖方
修理的呢？如果按agent说的法律上没有要求对方修，那对方修不修就看对方人品了，
买方一点办法也没有？谢谢大家帮忙出出主意！

这样就可以把水汽抽走。 这个exhaust fan 是接到attic里面但是并没有pipe 通到外
面。 这也就是说bathroom exhaust fan 抽走的moisture 都留在attic 里了。 前几天
有个contractor 来看， 说要做roof 上打个洞， 把bathroom exhaust fan 用一个
pipe 连通到房子外面。我不是很愿意这样做， 怕万一没搞好， 那地方漏水就不好办
了。 好多contractor 拿了钱以后， 就很难找他们回来了。 另外我的roof 可能5-7年
内要换， 我想到换roof 时， 一起考虑这个问题。
请问：1）大家的bathroom的ceiling上 里都有抽气装置吗？
