I have all my wisdom tooth extracted.
Here is my story.
The first one, which caused a lot of pain to me. As soon as it surface, it
is a decayed molar.
I had it extracted for 120 dollar in a Irvine dentist.
Second one and third one extracted in some general dentist without a

is usually used? (molar ratio to OH of PEG or LA)? I use toluene as solvent
and I see in the literature the reaction temp is 110. But the reaction is
working under N2 or closed system. Will toluene boil and the reaction
explode?
This is the first time I do this reaction, so there are too many questions.

dental treatment depends on the size of caries at contact of teeth, oral
hygiene, and caries risks. S,T,K,and L are primary molars. usually they are
exfoliated around 11-12 years old. If there are caries, you have to restore
it.
If the caries are big, I prefer stainless steel crown (SSC) which can last
long time till exfoliation. If it is small, the amalgam filling are ok, but
you have to help your child clean teeth everyday and use floss, which clean

有些molar有超出正常数目的根管，比如，大多数上颌第一磨牙有3个根管，但是很多人
会有4个根管，甚至5个根管。 如果有missed canal没有被处理，里面残留了神经牙髓组织，就是楼主这样的症状
。
处理办法就是打开找到那个missed canal然后重填上。估计需要让endodontist来做。因为他们有专门的显微镜，能看到比general dentist更多的细节。 |

1. 看牙保险给报销么?
参见具体policy。健康保险如无明文提到exception，一般可以认为不报。看病之前，自学一下保险手册的关键条款（有生命危险或疼得天昏地暗者除外）。
2. 看牙咋省钱？
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance：一般premium几百/年，一年最多报销两千，外加
waiting period，所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan：在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage Dental。
收入确实低的，在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求，很多只提供有限服务。

你BB还睡前喝牛奶么？一定要淑口喝的话。不要吃太多零食。
用ACT FLUORIDE RINSE天天淑口
BABY TEETH有虫牙还可以换掉，ADULT TEETH就不能换了。
拔BABY TEETH最大的问题是SPACE MAINTAIN。 如果年纪不大就拔掉，很容易造成
ADULT TEETH出来的时候长歪。尤其是2ND BABY MOLAR。有些早早拔掉的要安SPACE
MAINTAINER。
虽然有些虫牙比较大，但能保留还是最好保留不要拔。
补牙，做STAINLESS CROWN都行。 |
