浴室的地面，黑色的霉点。厕所的马桶里，水是脏脏的，好像也是长了一层霉点。不过
不知道是不是断电之后又下大雨造成的。sink那块好像也有霉点。
我先仔细想想，这些霉点，在上次homeinspection的时候是没有的。不知道是不是之前
做过处理。
掀开了楼下两个卧室的地毯，墙角边上，还好，都是干干净净的，好像是换地毯不久。
请大家帮忙看看，这样的情况严重吗，该怎么办为好呢 |

your basement or have very web area near your house. In this case mold in
the basement can be fixed by removing it with bleach and keeping it dry with
dehumidifier. |

我开始是想着配与地板同色的molding，地板生产厂家也的确有配套的木线出售。我
书房和餐厅里已经有的实木地板都是Baseboard上加了木线的。
等我铺好了木地板，上网找了找，发现有人就是用白色的木线钉在白色baseboard上，
再用caulk把缝隙一抹，跟Baseboard成了一个整体，看上去很好看，所以我才有了这样

我觉得薄一点的1/2"厚度的shoe molding比方方的quarter round好看些。不过你其他
地方都是用quarter round就没选择了。
我以前10几块钱买的18 gauge nailer就很好用，用来固定这些不受力的装饰件足够了。 |

长在墙上的霉菌本身不会传染给人体, 除非你们有人对霉菌或者霉菌的孢子或者分泌物
过敏,或者长在食物上，霉菌其实基本无害。
橘子时间放长了，会发霉，就是所谓的mold的一种，但是绝大多数人根本不怕这些。
我记得小时候（在南方）梅雨季节，基本上没有什么东西是不发霉的，不用说墙上了，
家具，书本，被子，好像没什么能够不发霉的，但是没有问题。 |

第二个图是远景。
第三个图地下室有两间做过improvement，但是一间发现顶子上有印记。不知道这个是
漏水的印记还是其他什么原因造成的？
BTW:这种地下室已经是我们看过还算不错的了。。
另外中意的两个房子，一个大横裂缝，一个大竖裂缝...
横的按常理估计也是foundation问题了，竖的那个有什么life time warranty。但是太
潮了，listing agent也明确说漏水..
好地下室的房子几乎就没有了...
而且越来越觉得地下室装修的那种不可靠。根本不能查到哪里裂，另外，漏水了装修就
白做了。。。
