起这些事件的人都使用了争人权、反歧视、争取自由和正义等理由，然而广泛的抢劫、
纵火、打砸、伤害生命却是事实的真相。在洛杉矶，白人、朝鲜裔、黑人的店铺被洗窃
、砸烂、烧毁，53人丧失生命，许多人受伤。在拉萨，20座建筑被烧毁，908家店铺、
120间房屋、7所学校、5家医院被砸烂，银行被抢，许多车辆被烧，18平民被杀害或烧
死，400多人被打伤。洛杉矶和拉萨的骚乱者做了同样的事：他们从店铺里拿走所有他
们能搬动的东西，殴打或者干脆杀掉妨碍他们行径的人，烧掉所有他们拿不走的东西。
两地骚乱者的行为都具有仇富特征，表现出渴望通过剥夺他人一夜暴富，以及毁灭一切
他们无法占有的东西的疯狂。在这种情形下，中美两国政府应对国内暴力骚乱的选择基
本相同。这说明仇富情结是社会心理现象，存在于所有种族、民族文化群落、国家和社
会之中。产生仇富情结的原因远比族群关系复杂，其强大的破坏力不容低估。

Day1：LIMA
1． LIMA 机场
机场不大，标牌明确。有邮局，银行，旅游公司等服务点。建议最好不要在机场换钱，汇率非常坑爹（1：2.48），LIMA城市里兑换美金非常方便，银行旅馆旅游公司都可以，汇率1：2.67，很多商店餐馆也都可以直接用美金(也是1：2.67)，很多地方都接受Visa，Master，AmericanExpress，但需要收取一定的process fee.
2． Taxi
早上抵达LIMA机场，为保险起见，我们当初定旅馆的时候也同时定了从机场到旅馆的出租车。LIMA的出租车不打表，一开始说好价格即可。出租车根据车子大小价格也不同，小型的例如奇瑞之类的最便宜，VAN最贵。大多数司机有一个价格表，也可以多问几个司机比较一下报价。中型轿车从机场到市区一般35-50soles即可。市区内的出租更便宜，从市中心到Miraflores不会超过8soles。
3． 旅馆
