express complimentary views for himself and to engage in excessive attacks
on others (me in particular) that have different opinions. Whether his
objective was to intentionally deceive is debatable, but I would trust
neither Mr. Fisher as a person nor his advice on how to invest my money.
After all, Mr. Fisherman is the gentleman who would break rules just to make
a few bucks on a different board in this website:

最近的跌势是因为上周的OE和大盘的拖累，另外insider no trade window 在Wed生效
，导致某些 bank employee 和大股东必须在这之前完成买卖. UCBH不会垮，也暂时没
有可能被兼并，不用过于担心，大不了就捂一段时间，有分红还是不错的。民生增持只
是个时间问题（只需要动用大概20几个million $就可以搞定了，比买波音飞机还便宜
，钱方面不是问题），也有可能会等到2nd Q的财报出来、局势更为明朗的前提下才会
出手，他们已经投了那么多钱，不会像我们散户一样割肉的。
抛开民生不说，来谈谈UCBH自己，UCBH currently is not in good shape, but it's
not hopeless. NPA太高，关键看他们第二季度的REO/note sale能否帮助他们降 |
