测了一下，居然只有21.4%
又测了一下，也只有21.6%
看来gym那个手持的完全没准头啊，白白浪费感情！！
不过本来一直也难以相信自己能有27.5%的fat
然后，因为同时订了heart rate monitor, 就戴上去打网球
发现规律如下：
1。网前热身，心跳 80~100
2。普通底线拉球，心跳100~120
3。发球练习，90~120
4。比赛，4个回合/point 之内，120~130
5。5~6回合/point, 130~150
6。6回合 and up，140~150
不过，因为总是被heart rate monitor分散注意力
居然被ld打了个6:0
。。。

watch and instead got the original plastic hr monitor. I take off the strap
and just place the main plastic part inside to top of my bra. It works great
this way and is much more comfortable than having a strap wrapped around me
and much easier to get in and out of and you don't have to find a private
place to do it. I'm not sure if this will work for all women but it might be

如果直接用 mini DP to HDMI cable 连接macbook 和 monitor 会不会有问题？ 因为
有人说 OS X 会默认 monitor 为 TV， 而不是 monitor.
如果用 adapter 的话，有两种选择：
1.mini DP to DVI , DVI to HDMI.
2.mini DP to DVI , DVI to VGA.
以上两种 哪种方法好一点？ |

Dell Monitor可以看到图像。但是今天图像没有了，按monitor上的各个键，提示在
power safe mode下按电源button或any key or move mouse。但是照做后（重新启动主
机电源开关或动任意键或移动鼠标，仍然没有图像。请问各位大牛，这是怎么回事？如
何才能出图像呢？

可是x200s的显示在普通external monitor（not 16:9)上的resolution特别差。调了

你说怕桌面一半在24"一半在新monitor，就是说你不想用extended display？如果你想
要的是cloned display，那就跟显示器尺寸无关，只是两个显示器都1920x1080即可。
见得需要最好，但比较好。若再加买一个，就怕window 一半在24" monitor, 另一半在
另一monitor. 若加买一个也不想买24"。

VGA接口上，无法Boot，因为“Your computer has an add-in video card." 如果接在
add-in video card 的DVI （Dual DVI Splitter) 上，听声音似乎Boot了，但Monitor

monitors and specify the display window size. I need someone to give me some insights about how to do the following:
1. A quick fix would be to enable the 2nd monitor if it is not enabled.
2. I would like to get rid of the stupid CDialog and replace it with
directly displaying images by sending images to the video port.
Note: if the 2nd monitor is disabled, GetSystemMetrics(SM_CMONITORS) return 1.
