中部房价下跌了6.9%，表明房市现在是供大于求。那些本来希望房价已经见底的人可能
还要再等一等。全国房地产协会的一篇报导显示，目前包括Monmouth、Ocean、
Middlesex和Somerset郡在内的地区，房价中值为$303,200，而去年第一季度为$325,
800。刺激房贷危机已经过去5年，房市依然没找稳立足点；尽管目前全国房价已经下跌
了20%，而且贷款利率一直稳定在5%以下，但买方市场依然薄弱。

我吃过所有的餐厅，除了那个lake lodge装饰的很好的餐厅小贵，食物质量很一般以外。
Monmouth Hot Spring的那个性价比最好，不知道是不是和那里是park headquarter有
关，当然住monmouth的话吃不
用愁，出北门到Gardiner有不少好吃有情调的小馆子，比如一个露天烤牛排收cash的铺
子。到是west yellowstone的餐馆
很失望，就是个country burger的水平，当然整个area最好的餐馆在Jackson Hole,
Jackson Lake Lodge的餐厅味道还
成，挺贵的，但view无敌！ |

上个月，共和党和民主党分别召开党代会，正式确立了本党的总统候选人，民主党总统候选人希拉里与共和党总统候选人特朗普之间的竞争也进入了白热化阶段。然而稍显意外的是，选举的焦点已经偏离了原来拼政绩拼竞选纲领拼口才的路线，越来越聚焦于特朗普本人的领袖气质问题（temperament）。
其实早在初选时期就有人质疑过特朗普是否适合当总统，比如西北大学的心理学教授Dan McAdams就曾指出，特朗普的表现暗示了他有一个无法逃脱的心理陷阱，主要表现为过于外向，过于喜欢表现自己，以及缺乏同理心。这个心理陷阱表现在政治生活中，就是易怒、言论具有攻击性以及反复无常。而特朗普的气质成为焦点问题则肇始于七月底的民主党党代会。

两天后(15日)外出散步未归，17日被参与集体搜救的华人在路边深沟发现其遗体，初步
断定死于车辆撞击。其女22日接获警方通知，称已找到居住在维吉尼亚州的肇事驾驶员
。初步消息，肇事驾驶员原来并非刻意逃逸，而是以为自己撞到一头鹿，当时曾经报案
，警方也到场处理，但竟然没有发现被撞飞到深沟的华妇。
普林斯顿市警官布彻尔（Jonathan Bucchere）在回答本报询问时表示，目前警方初步
断定黄旭锋死于车辆撞击。但暂时还无法对外提供或确认任何资讯。不过，据黄旭锋女
儿凌怡表示，警方告诉她，15日晚8时09分曾接获一宗报案，有人表示在莫塞路（
Mercer Rd.）似乎撞到「一头鹿」，但停车察看无法找到任何动物。该驾驶人在警察到
场纪录后回到维吉尼亚州。
黄旭锋本月13日才自中国到新州普林斯顿探望女儿，15日下午6时30分左右独自出门散
步，迟迟没有回家。家人焦急等待多时，晚上10时左右报警，但警方当时似乎并未想到

刘伟宁是一位罗格斯大学2016级获得计算机系全额奖学金，携妻儿一起成为 F1 的在读
博士。夫妻二人均来自中国黑龙江佳木斯。有一个5岁的儿子。多么幸福美满的一家！
然而上天却是如此的无情！上周六9月23日在Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park不幸
溺水身亡，留下还只有5岁的儿子QianQian。
刘伟宁的意外离世无疑是对他们这个原本温馨小家庭的无疑是致命一击：张卓根本无法
