也知道WTO里有一个规定，就是凡事由于贸易争端违反了WTO规定的
当事国又有相关国内法可以作为依据的，打官司时以国内法为准
换言之，越是发达的西方资本主义国家，他们进场玩游戏的时间
久了，国内相关法律成文都很成熟了，他们在WTO里哪怕无理也不怕
这就是世界的不公平，但是因为已经全球化了，中国已经在这个
monoply里fair play了，就要善于利用游戏规则，学会保护自己的利益
就说这么多吧，也只是我自己的理解，信不信么，我也不强求
大家都是有独立思考能力的人

good as FTP now, from the perspective of playing/winning. Actually there are
certain things that is even better than FTP,like dealing speed.
If you download PS from U.S IP, you can only see play money game. hehe.
Use VPN or some link to download real money client if you wanna rail real
money game.
PS is too dominating now, taking over 50% online poker market, which is

. They can not explian to its shareholder that they are operating illagal
business.
I think the biggest winner of this U.S legal issue of online poker is
Pokerstars.
They are almost monoply now. FTP may make a comeback, but it will take quite
a while and it would be pretty hard to stay at second place.
I still hope they can come back since it is the best overal online

seattle down all the legal issue with DOJ. I think their annual profit is
around 750M now. Combined with FTP customers, PS is in a total monoply
position for online poker. Just like Microsoft's position in PC OS a few

just a strategy. As the customers are developers, some of them
are capable to identify problem and contribute a fix when the
source is open. This helps the productivity and reduces the
maintenance cost. You can still sell license, service, consulting,
education etc. when you open source. Now I am not saying every
company should open their source, it's up to them. But open source
does reduce cost and attract more users in the long run.

only option.
And most areas in USA are just like that. The big 4 Comcast, Verizon, Times
Warner monoply in different areas.
You can easily see Cable vision embraced Open connect, Netflix's CDN, and
they don't have issues on delivery. Had Cable Vision operated everywhere
Verizon does, Verizon would be in a big disadvantage and take Open Connect
too. That's simply how market works.

M$, IMHO, is evil because they surpress innovation and competition by
monoply, and we endusers end up paying more for less features
due to lack of competition. Most of M$'s products are not free or
cheap, and for the few that are free, they have those annoying flashy
ads (hotmail/messenger etc.), these are totally against my taste.
Google, for now, provides most important daily tool for free. I can't
call that evil.
