转，两三个BLOCK，左边有家好煮意，听说不错，类似香港大排档的东东？
不是santa clara也可以的话，出门左拐上LICK MILL,右拐上TASMAN，左转上MCCARTHY,
在BELLEW DR右转，开到头是大华超市，边上的清真一条龙，五月花都还不错。面食的
有三好拉面（有人说会拉肚子，这个我不管），梁妈妈，麦汤包 |

Warm Spring area对LZ来说是不错的选择。不是上下班高峰期20分钟内能到。高峰期要
30～40分钟。880下Montague Expy比较堵。现在在加宽修路。

Zanker. It is worse after the express lane project. The express lane seems
designed for Fremont. But milpitas and north san jose area get the pain.
North san jose area still has Montague Express as alternative route.
Milpitas is hit the hardest. I don't understand why VTA adds a lane to 237. |

我以前在那一带住过，印象里是庙比大沃马的味道比较大，有时Dixon Landing狮子城

在Berryessa, 属于north san jose,靠近milpitas
优点：住房类型比较单一，除了北部有两小片town house以外，其它都是SFH。貌似没
有apartment。山上有小片豪宅。整个区块没有沿freeway的房子。
Neighborhood不错，可能因为靠山，树木很葱郁，据说这个区70年代初还是果园，有一
次去看一套房，车子开进小区，两边都是高高的乔木，很有一种感觉在心里。
三个主力小学，ruskin 900分以上，两个850左右。三个小学近年来都进步迅速，API涨
势喜人。而且据说那两个850小学的学生可以抽签上ruskin。一个主力初中API 830+，
高中API过了800分。
