Gunfire in a west Houston neighborhood Sunday left two people dead and six
wounded, including two police officers.
Cops were called to the scene at 10:15 a.m. after reports of two gunmen
firing at random, police said.
Police said the suspects fired at a police helicopter that responded to the

commuters in Houston on Monday, injuring at least nine people before being
fatally shot by police, authorities said.
Six victims were taken to hospitals and three were treated at the scene

of West University Place, acting Houston Police Chief Martha Montalvo told

下面图中每个点代表100人，绿色代表白人，蓝色的是老黑，orange是老莫，红色的是
亚裔。
Palo Alto: 绝大地区，白人占大多数, 亚裔比例很低 （~10%, 除了south Palo alto某些区能到
20%~30%). East Palo Alto 老莫占优势。
Cupertino： 很多区域亚裔比例达到70%以上，跟学校里族裔分布比较吻合。
Saratoga: 金三角区内亚裔比例超过一半(52%)，金三角之外比例显著降低。不过，金三角不是
Saratoga最好的区，在Saratoga真正的豪宅区，Villa Montalvo那一块区域，亚裔比例不到20%。
亚裔应该是包括老中和老印。 |

发帖数: 2327 | 11 住在Cupertino的话，Rancho San Antonio很近。里边有很多trails，有的树很多，有
的树少一些，看你选那个trail了。多去几次，就知道那个trail更适合你。比如说
Wildcat Loop Trail，或Coyote Trail/By pass Trail，或Rogue Valley Trail，都有
挺多树，而且比较 Family Freindly。
30lb 对于喜欢backpacking的人来说，不算什么。另外也有很多人在trail上推儿童车
的。
另外，稍微远一点儿，Saratoga 那边的Villa Montalvo 有一个两个迈的小trail，对
喜欢 hiking 的人来说没有任何挑战，但对全家乐来说，是个挺好的去处。 |

The seller asks for 3M simply because of its location.
This house is literarily next door to Montalvo.
10 years ago it is most sought after. Nowadays
not many 硅工 or agents know about it. Only buyers from out
of the area will pay big money for the fame and the privacy. |

，里面均价差不多5m，上10m的不少，其次是montalvo区，这两个区为主的一个大区是
地产届说的Saratoga的“Plantinum Triangle”，google maps里可以搜到。 |
