不知道有没有同胞一起去呀。刚加入这个meetup group，不是非常了解，虽然遛狗经常
看到shiba inu（已经遇到至少3只了），可是owner貌似都是老美，真心希望可以遇到

1. 是否值得refi？ closing cost包括哪些? 不知道在我们这是否可以找到no cost
refi ?
2. 如果转为30year loan， our monthy payment 应该会更低？是否值得？
3. 是否最好找上次同一个agent or bank 完成refi？

+ transaciton or if it is safe to carry large balance on metrocard bz people

age 2-5. There is barely any public funded institutions for the childcare
for kids at that age. At NY, monthy daycare tuition for one child is no less
than $1000 (I have heard about $1400 and even $1800). Also, $1800 on
housing sounds frugal for a family of 4 living in NYC area.
I guess you do not have children yet. :)

verizon还有199,继续用你最实惠的199plan去。
你说合约机199plan，商家给了减了450.你真的认为你少付了450,拿到了一个手机？ 事
实是这450已经加到你的monthy plan 里面去了，你只是傻傻的不知道而已，你其实付
的是650整个机器的价格。 你现在用199 付钱和trade in 一个手机用同样的plan 价
格是不一样的，你难道不知道？
为什么这次iphone 大卖，你因为美国人真的傻啊。
这个斑上至少有80％的人和你的想法一样，看帖子就知道了，真正懂的不多。
