(Reuters) - The United States will likely keep its top-notch credit rating
from Moody's for now, despite the "limited magnitude" of the deficit
reduction plans being discussed in Washington, the ratings agency said on
Friday.
But Moody's warned in a report that the confirmation of the Aaa credit will
likely come with a negative outlook, meaning there is a risk of a downgrade

就好比华尔街搞的这个评级机构Moody's, S&P什么的，解释权在这帮丫的手里，想涮谁
涮谁。这些东西干预其他国家金融秩序，就跟炸药奖干预其他国家政治运作是同类的效
果。
所以前一段中国就搞个大公评级系统出来，也是没有办法的办法。你搞一个对垒的出来
，他们就老实很多，要么就以为自己是独此一家，NB烘烘的不可一世。
老将们假设洋人的评级体系公平性，只能是骗骗自己而已。我敢说大多数人不买这个帐。

SAN FRANCISCO -- Moody's Investors Service said Wednesday that it may
downgrade the Aaa ratings of Ambac Financial and MBIA Inc. because the bond
