事实上，吃红肉火龙果导致尿液变色，不是花青素的作用，而是甜菜红素的作用。二种
色素差异很大。
说道植物色素，花青素是十分重要的一类，大多数植物的显色都是花青素导致的。但是
，在石竹目植物中，甜菜红素则是一类主要的色素。石竹目包括苋科、商陆科、仙人掌
科等种类，而属于仙人掌科的火龙果，其果肉的颜色正是甜菜红素导致的【1】。顺便
说一句，甜菜红素（betacyanin）的最早来源甜菜（Beta vulgaris），就是苋科藜亚
科（早先分类系统是藜科）的。
甜菜红素本质上是一种含氮的吡啶衍生物，在植物体内一般以糖苷形式存在。和花青素
类似，甜菜红素也对不同pH表现不同颜色。
甜菜苷结构。甜菜苷是最常见的甜菜红素。
对于甜菜红素来说，其主要发色集团是下面的吡啶集衍生基团，即甜菜醛氨酸。在人体
内经消化系统后一般糖基被水解，而主发色基团比较稳定，特别是甜菜醛氨酸不易被人

chakra发出来，比如从navel，heart， throat and crown？声音的quality都会不太一
样。also, when we are meditate on the sound current, the corresponding
chakra vibrates with it.
