spacious apartment in Elmhusrt(3 min to subway Grand Ave. Station and
supermarket). She/he should live in the living room. She/he may block off the
bedroom in the spacious living room with some hangings if she/he likes.
The apartment is on the 6th floor with good city view. 24 hr doorman. Nice and
convenient community.
Share only electrity. All other utilities are included in the monthly
rent. Share DSL and cable if necessary. |
