I'm sincerely seeking information about any special mortgage program
for university faculty.
I recently graduated and started my tenure track faculty job at pretty
good research university. I'm thinking of buying a home. But the problem is
that I am still in F1-OPT status for another 4-6 months.
I think the rule is that I need to have a H1b to get a mortgage. But I
will not be able to get my H1b approval before the closing date.

a year, taking almost no weekends off. It ruined my health, both
physically and mentally. And I didn't achieve much. I will not do it

给女儿打了报告，本妈衣服没换（白体学加黑短裤）出门。心想开到商店半分钟，拿瓶
酒2分钟，1分钟check out,到家不超过5分钟。还是有点紧张。
结果刚走出小区快拐弯去商店，有个从商店那边出来的托着个箱子的truck都走出来一
半，看到我过去，居然他往回倒退2，3米来让我，觉得好危险。我都停下来招手要他走
的。anyhow,擦车而过，还微笑打个招呼，谢谢。
然后下车出来，6米外一个收推车的boy，大声地招呼我，hi...嗯，我hi back.
外面的微笑还没有收起，就看见里面一个退酒瓶子的大叔在给我行瞩目礼，直到我进了
那扇自动门。
进了商店，快速的拿了瓶意大利martini赶紧去付账，跑到前台一般可以快速付账，结
果没人。我又回到排队的地方，一个正帮人打口袋的boy,马上开灯给我开了条道,快速
付账走出商店。走出15米，听见后面那个收车车的boy还在和我说good day...我回头一
看，傻孩子还在那个里wave,我赶快微笑的说，you2,其实心里不厚道的说，mor..

If you look into the housing price in small cities in the east, it's way mor
e crazy than beijing and shanghai in terms of price / income
So it's quite an illusion that the housing problem in China is only local. A
ccording to my investigation, it's very widespread.
Even for a city like Chengdu, the current housing price is hard to say reaso
nable, but you may have different opinions.

formed at the lower edge of your roof which causes water to flow around
shingles upward into your attic then into your rooms. This problem is caused
by the excessive attic heat loss from your rooms and/or heating pipes which
melts roof snow when it is not warm enough outside. To avoid such a problem
, you need to clean the snow within about 2-3 feet of the lower edge of your

start with sprinklers, locate any which is leaked or broken,
if not sure, change all of them
I first changed 30+ sprinklers
then tune zone by zone, if you have multiple lawns or too many sprinklers in
one zone, say 10 to 15+, and they cannot pop up together, tighten some in
one zone, make sure the remainings are working properly, then turn on one at

(Seller: we had signs in the dining room; the one wall had signs but not

请问白蚁在糖城/密苏里的老房子（95年左右）常不常见？这种情况的房子还要不要考
虑？
