supply chain data are notoriously unreliable in predicting apple's future

Did a service request for my son on 9-9-10, get reply this morning said that
this case was approved,
but not mine and my wife.
Then called USCIS, they said that no visa number available for this month,
so my son's 485 is stll not approved yet in t he system. The e-mail may be
an error.
We did not get visa number for this month.
They also mentioned that next month, visa number will be available.
Anyone have this e-mail with false information? |

for SR now! I can sit back and 'forget' all about the I-485 for a while.

got an " under extended review" that afternoon. but then the worse dame, an
x1260 guy sent another email on 8/1 said eb2 is current for applications
before 11/8/08, what an xxx! Had to talked to io1, told she can not file
another Sr for me because I have to wait 39 more days, then an io2, told my
case was pre adjudicated on 7/29 already, obviously it' means nothing, then
