it would be reasonable for the seller to share some of the profit with buyer
on the other hand, it would also be reasonable for the seller to be
compensated if Amex does claw back
it was a surprise that AT&T refunded to the cards instead of cutting a check

school. He is doing fine with all A's and will compete in National
MathCounts, National Science Olympiad this May. BTW he is also a chess
Expert level player. He will go to high school this fall and I would like
him to have more time to play chess and take part in out of class and
community activities. I heard high school is very stressful. So I sent an

一阵的泛红。好多revolving balance啊！我的credit score在这两个月内由810降到了
709.再加上又被拒掉了两个loan，我的credit score就被越check越低。再降就不
qualify最低的rate了。
可见mortgage agent给我带来了多大的不便。closing之前反水都是我作mortgage的朋
友用来作反面教材，吓唬人的把戏（看，你不找我就会找错人），好让人家赶紧和她签
contract。从来没有听说真正发生过。没想到我刚到Boston就碰上了。好在我一直在作
没有mortgage的准备，可即使这样也很狼狈。如果是第一次买房就只有怨天尤人了。后
