culture中的一个细胞群中出现了七个细胞在4号染色体上的不正常（7 cells in one
single colony in one culture abnormal)，这个不正常是在原有的两个一对的染色体
上出现了extra half copy，7个都是这样。这个称之为level II Mosaicism。
Counselor说一般level I是只有一个细胞出现abnormal，该情况lab根本不报告忽略不
计或者什么abnormal都没有，测试者得到的报告就是正常，没有任何担心。Level II医
学界认为most likely是lab artifact，依据就是只在一个culture一个colony里发现了
abnormal，最有可能是细胞从羊水提取后在lab里培养过程中由于生长环境变化而产生
了abnormal，而不是来自于婴儿本身，但是是most likely，不是100%，医学界的数据

非mosaic的。如果是非mosaic，那meiosis就出问题了，不可能survive pregnancy for
so long. 染色体是按长短编号的，越小号越长，4号很长的一个。唯一例外是21号，
是最短的常染色体，比22号短。其他都是按顺序编号。所以越小号出问题，越严重。你
这个chromosome 4 abnormality，很可能到生的时候或生前就有可能是死胎。面对现实

发帖数: 96 | 7 Joann 好像没的卖。你可以google一下stained glass studio,看在你住的地方有没有
workshop.材料就是玻璃，我为了省钱用的是别人用剩下的边角料，$2一磅，配颜色颇
费了一些心思。其他主要是工具要买，恒温的烙铁，切玻璃的刀等。但只要你能找到能
教你的studio这些一定都有的卖。一次性投资大约$120，之后基本上就是玻璃的钱了。
大部分人都买整块的玻璃，$10-$60一块不等。
Mosaic 完全用的是做stained glass 剩的边角料，用一个夹瓷砖或玻璃的钳子把玻璃
夹成想要的大小和形状。把夹好的玻璃贴到木头上，晾干一周，抹上grout，清理干净
就好了。第一次买工具大约$30，之后grout, glue用的蛮快的，但也不贵。
还做过一些mosaic的花盆，stained glass的风铃，蜡烛台，哪天有空再贴。

突尼斯野猫遍地，狗见得很少，基本没有人家养猫狗做宠物。行人过马路比国人还猛。
穆斯林女人比较难交谈，感觉她们在突尼斯像是男人的影子，不太主动，也不活跃，只
是在街上走过而已，连招呼也很难打一个。
阿尔及利亚的经济在非洲仅次于南非，建筑公路都明显比突尼斯好很多，更像中国。车
多人多，路上经常有军警进行安全检查，看谁长得不顺眼就停下来查证件。广播里的阿
拉伯音乐也更有活力。女人似乎也更乐观，更容易交谈。吉尔市中心的建筑明显是法式
风格。
提示
1. 不要忘带插头转换器，两个圆孔的那种。
2. 突尼斯航空公司网上预订之后48小时到最近的销售点去付款。所以预订前看看自己
所在地是不是有他们的代理点，否则只能到当地再说。
3. 是学生的话办一张ISIC卡，所有景点免费。Tunis当地也可以办，但记着带学生证，
只要学生证还没过期，即使已经不是学生了，也可以办个3个月的。
4. 最好不要跟团玩儿。如果跟的话，Cartage一般都会安排，但看行程是否还去Bulla
Regia和Dougga，这两个地方很好，Bardo Museum里很多Mosaic展品都是这两个地方出
土的。

GUI browser 是David Thompson(spelling?)的主意，但是他后来休假去了。Marc开发
的mosaic 原型，后来有Eric Bina加入（也有说法Marc花一个周末做，然后是Eric做了
主要开发工作。。不记得具体故事了）他们做好以后，当然各方圣贤都来“领导”这个
项目。 所以Fu到底在这里做了什么工作，就是读者自己的理解了。
后来，NCSA Mosaic的license 给了spyglass，spyglass又给了MSFT. 所以说IE,
Netscape都是基于mosaic是有一定道理的。
当年取mozilla这个名字的意义就是：mosaic killer.

买房以后发现卫生间的大镜子和很多东西不协调。
但是镜子很沉，楼主不想换。看到youtube上有
教做一个DIYproject，用现成的glass tile mosaic
sheet 给镜子做边框。所以楼主今天试了试。
材料
１.12 x 12 plastic glass mosaic tile 3张，HD每张４块多
这是给主卧卫生间镜子用的，挑了搭配的颜色。材料看着是玻璃
其实是塑料的，所以比较轻，好贴。
２.12x2 glass marble mosaic tile 6 张，HD每张2.96
这是给一楼half bath 镜子用的。原先这个卫生间做地面的时候
也用过这种马赛克，所以为了搭配干脆就还是用这个。
3. 用来贴瓷砖的双面胶。我没有用瓷砖胶水，主要是因为要贴的
部分很窄一条，用了胶水很容易涂出来。而且我不打算grount，
反正不沾水，也不重，所以就省劲一点吧。
HD 19块，（剩下很多很多）
耗时1小时。

当时的browser是用mosaic的，只能在学校机房里，在终端机上，敲入mosaic，机器磨
蹭一会，慢慢悠悠地打开出新窗口，那个年代有yahoo在用，还有altavista.
这是学校给安装的软件，那你告诉我一下私人去哪里买得到mosaic？谢谢了。
没想到，当时的牛人今天都在这里，1998年就全来美国了，而且还都用着最超前的工具
，各个家里什么电子工具都有，各个想干啥就干啥的，我在这里听着，真的是很受教呀
