inspection那天被咬了起码十个包,以后夏天会很痛苦的。我们经纪人跟town里反应了
，他们说今年似乎是比往年要严重些，但是town里面一直没有采取行动，只因为以前有
人complain过喷药里面的化学成分。现在town里已经派人在房子后院里放了个trapper
，说过两天收回去看一下是不是比往前严重，如果情况属实，他们就treat。这个房子
是estate sale，有阵子没人住了，院子里的草啊树啊的自然没人打理，这或许也是造
成蚊子众多的原因之一。有经验的童鞋家里的后院蚊子怎么杀的？种mosquito
repelling plants有用么？ |

I'm conservative, and so use a patio lounge.
Ours is only wired with electricity, but it's pretty warm in winter (note we
are in New England, around Boston.) Sometimes, it's so hot so I only wear
shorts.
In the summer, it's pretty shaded, and quite cool with all windows opened.
And the screens keep the mosquitoes out, so that I can enjoy the evening
breeze longer.
Essentially, it's where we read and write. But we don't keep book shelf or

scare them away, but don't kill them, they help you by eating mosquitoes and
flies, so do spiders.
if you don't like seeing them around, just seal your doors and windows. if
there is no food inside, they will disappear. |

被州税收穷了。为什么叫garden state? 因为后院永远没有前院干净，前院就是长岛。
后院就是种个菜什么的。NY和Phli的所谓local的蔬菜都是NJ出的，特别是中国人吃的
那些，不少是NJ中南部的中国农场出的。NJ对农业的税收非常低。NJ还有个别称叫
mosquito state, 来源不明，但是我觉得和NJ各级政府腐败有很大联系。
四海为家，在这里住了十几年，再烂也习惯了，就当是自己家了。谁爱说什么就说什么

来说以前给前屋主做入冬前的inspect spray treatment,说是杀死mosquitoes, fleas
的eggs,以免春天hatch,eat院子里的plants, grass。用的是organic chemicals,说是
对小孩无害。要95刀。有人做过吗？有必要做吗？ |

like excessive bugs, mosquitoes at all. Never had ground water issue either
as even the basement built above grade. The builder has to come back every
a few years to do maintenance like replacing trees, grass, etc.
YYMY but that's what we have experienced. |
