制的一个小城，架起加农炮，轰平，扔燃烧弹，确保没有剩下的，然后发出通告，下一
个城市是Raqqua，于是IS和IS的支持者就会疯狂出逃，接下去一个个城市轰过去，把所
有人全部轰到一个最后的大城市，比如Mosul，围起来，时不时往里面打炮，留一个缺
口，一个一个往外放人，任何拿过枪有过军事训练的人立刻枪毙，剩下的人全部送到集
中营进一步鉴别，劳改二十年。
这年头有武力的竟然被没武力的追着打，大国怕小国，岂不是笑话。
