1. BASEMENT 房顶 DRYWALL 湿的地方在一楼离厕所马桶一米左右处的下面. 会不会是

桶的水管漏了?
2. 一星期前堵了一个门口台阶边上的洞(动物挖的, 8-9 INCH 宽,用土添过几次总是又
被挖), 这次
用土埋之前往里头倒了很多樟脑球(moth-ball). 动物从外面挖了一浅层土就在没再来
过.
另外, 刚下到底下室的地方似乎能闻到些许樟脑的味道.
最近总下雨, 会不会是什么动物被堵在洞中出不去, 把 foundation 搞漏了, 雨水渗进
来了?
但又觉得不太可能, 门口台阶边上的洞离门大概一米, drywall 湿的地方离门的平面距
离也有3-4米.
这种情况下, 要找哪种CONTRACTOR 来检查? 搞定这个得花多少银子呀?

，就放上attic，然后就是耐心跟运气了。我我就每天往attic跑好几次，有幸看到了它
两三次，就看看它跑的路径，把笼子放在它可能经过的地方。我们中间换了各种不用的
诱饵，花生酱，苹果，核桃。还用moth ball企图把它熏走。最后绝望了就弄点花生酱
了事，竟然抓到了。如果你知道它从哪里进来的，把笼子放在洞口那里，它一进来就逮
住了。我们家attic结构复杂，我试图找出入口，不过没找到。不过最后一次偶然看到
它爬进来才知道原来是在屋顶的一个通风口进来的，不过那个地方没办法放笼子，我们
就放到地上它可能经过的地方。 |
