层出不穷？
而且这种moth竟然喜欢黑暗，没有趋光性。
恩，用过多种方法，moth cake, spray, 还有insect killer, bug zapper, 好像都没
有效果。只有直接拍打有效果。
真的是伤脑筋。 |

发现是我一个袋子里装有绿豆和花生的袋子里突然有很多这种东西，立刻把那个袋子清
除掉，而且立刻在橱柜上放上moth cake,
但是发现还是没有用，都过两天了，还是发现橱柜里还有几只还不是很能飞的蛾子，担
心这个蛾子还是残存很多。
请问各位该如何处理？我是否还要怎么防治这些蛾子？

找到，累得不行只好先回家了，希望下次有机会多聊几句，也谢谢这里网上的跑友帮我
指点一些关于跑步伤痛的问题。
另外谢谢妹妹，第一次营生跑步的念头，是今年初在厦门陪她去参加厦马，走在路边看
着跑步者蜂拥而过，立下决心以后一定要跟她一起跑一次马拉松，虽然我还差得很远，
但至少是迈出了第一步。
今天圣何西的天气是完美的湾区早秋，温度正好，八点钟时有些零星的雨点，后来一路
渐渐放晴，赛道穿过一些居民区，很多居民和当地的学生都站在路边给大家加油助威，
除了组织者安排的几个乐队，还有不少业余乐队在路边站着打鼓拨吉他，气氛好极了。
我们后来都觉得自己第一次比赛能这么顺利，是件非常幸运的事儿。
我和土土（LD不上网，我顺手帮他报告一下）都是今年四月开始跑步，到现在正好半年
。还记得第一次跑，是看了著名的Born to Run，热血沸腾就蹦上了跑步机。后来就买
了各种跑鞋手表之类，并且报了半马比赛，土土更是一高兴就报了CIM马拉松，他现在
正在发愁下面两个月的训练计划呢。

思到底是要在入住的时候缴纳3个月的房租还是2个月的房租呢？
三个月的房租的意思是：一个月的SECURITY DEPOSIT，这个最后看物品损坏状况退
，一个月作为这个月的房租，一个月预存下个月的房租．
而我认为只要交2个月的房租就OK了，每个月按期缴纳这个月的，然后SECURITY
DEPOSIT的理解和房东是一样，就是到最后那个月看一下物品没有损坏就抵最后一个月
的房租或者退还都可以．
到底是哪种理解正确啊？请教专业一点的意见，谢谢大家！：） |

有专门喷杀moth的spray,
但是都是没有效果。
每天都能抓到4/5只小黑蛾，而且范围从原来的一个橱柜，扩展到房间的天花板和浴室
都能看到这些小黑蛾的身影。
不知道如何赶尽杀绝这些黑蛾？我从来都很讨厌和害怕这些飞虫。
是不是只有买杀蛾灯才能有效？哪种比较有效？看了amazon的，不知道哪种放在室内的
比较好？
而且发现在开了一个晚上的空调后的早上最能看到这些飞蛾的身影。是不是这些飞蛾怕
冷？而且这些飞蛾竟然没有趋光性。
各位有经验的，指点一下。多谢了 |

绿卡。而12 months and 24 months bar是说两个J1 program不能连在一起。就是说如
果你现在这个J1 program已经结束，回国后就不能再申请另一个J1 program。我的理解
是你必须在现有的DS2019表到期前找到下家，这样你就可以办transfer，这样DS2019的
编号不会变，应该就是说是同一个program; 如果没有，那你就必须回国，这样就不能
再开始另一个J1和申请J1签证了。
小于六个月的short term scholar没有这个限制。但是不同category的J1不能transfer
，就是说short term scholar不能在美国境内转成regular scholar. 我第一个J1是
short term，当时质询了所在单位和下一个单位的HR, 他们告诉我有两年服务期限制，
但不影响继续J1签证；没有24 moths bar的限制，但是我必须回国重新签证。我5个月

Base on the policy that that the people immigrated to canada for more than 5
years need this proof. I just stayed there for 4 moths and left 10 years
ago. I am still a Canada greencard holder?

basically, you have to raise $$$$ for LLS. They claim 70% of the fund raised
will be used for LLS. I guess that's why moth said it's expensive.
And moth is right, although there are really good runners, some are long
time TnT members, most of them are couch potato like me. TnT is a good
