这里澄清几点,首先我从来没把自己当棵葱，公司里的工作对于我来说,主要也就是每俩
星期拿张paycheck,但是我也不想一直原地踏步。
其次我们这个lead position管engineer and technician.我也说了那人作为
technician还是不错的.但是lead的主要职责不是具体做事，是manage people,那个人
在communication方面很有问题,这个不是我一个人的concern,我敢打包票,如果做个民
意调查，一多半人会同意。我说他喜欢说脏话没学历只是说明他素质低,我不觉得他有
能力管理人，别人也不会服气.这些想法不是我一个人一厢情愿的想法,我们组很多人私
下都讨论过谁可能当选，他和另外一个technician是大家一致认为不可能的.
我们头已经跟我做过de-interview(大大头因为这俩星期overseas,所以要回来以后再和
所有人再做一次），说everyone is very impressive（当然老美说话要打折扣，这我

你研究你的新老板的MOTIVATION是什么吧。
也研究他的INTEGRITY咋样。
你应该第一步研究你老板的诚信度，MOTIVATION， 能力。
如果他的简历中他到处经常跳槽，我认为他是“利益”DRIVEN。
如果他的建立中他一直在一个地方蹲着，他是CAUTIOUS的人。
如果他外向，他可能是“名”DRIVEN。 ”名“又有VANITY和荣誉感两种。
如果他内向，他可能是任何一种DRIVEN。
你是不是埋头干活那种典型？
你有没有长期盟友？如果有，你应该有更多信息。
你新老板有没有盟友？如果有，他会有更多信息。
他会第一步仔细考察你的诚信度，MOTIVATION， 能力。
如果你们可以互相信任，下一步就是怎样分工
达到你们共同的利益。
你们不能信任， 下一步就是怎样建立信任。
要是您发现您老板根本不能信任（比如是打嘴炮撒谎阴毒的烙印），
那您的下一步是怎样不露声色地找到别的长期盟友，
抓住您老板的把柄，把您老板和包庇他的人都拔掉。

就是2011年美国有2918.12件种族仇恨犯罪。
这样的报告肯定是已经大大缩水了的，因为我们都知道华人被种族原因犯罪侵犯的事件
FBI基本都不会以仇恨犯罪记录的。
可见因为种族因素在美国受到犯罪侵害实际上是很普通的一件事。对其他那些强势少数
族裔比如黑人，印度人，等等，可能就是仅仅敢打骂，可是对不受到司法正义保护的华
人，发生谋杀就是很必然的了。
至少比中国一家人因为妒忌发生的谋杀犯罪概率高多了。
可是有的华人却一心希望是华人内部由于妒忌一类发生的谋杀。这种想要自我安慰的心
情是可以理解的。但是希望不要真的误导了自己和他人。还是做好准备保护自己吧。

我就是问一个很简单的问题，那就是，为什么一个只消耗10卡的动作，这么多人都认为
有用呢？
你说是跟motivation有关。
有motivation的人站得多，所以干别的有益于减肥的事情也多，所以表观上看，饭后站
着能帮助减肥。
问题是，motivation这个变量，既跟independent variable相关（站不站），也和
dependent variable相关（能不能减肥），于是成了一个完完全全的大confounding .
我只是觉得confuse，这么多高学历的聪明人，面对这么明显的一个大confounding，从
来没有觉得
＂也许站着其实不起作用，起作用的只是motivation吗？＂
这也是一个非常合理的alternative啊！

第一件是你的第一个问题：is there any proof at all she was investigating
the death of her sister and was getting close to the murderer?
这个证据我手里当然没有，有也只能是警方通过检查朱令私人物品。但是可以推论：“
朱令案基本没有因财因情因色等动机。杀人灭口以保全自己是很常见的凶杀犯罪动机。”
第二件才是name，我不知道这个人的name，但是我知道这个人（杀了朱令的姐姐，很可
能被朱令暗中调查，又主谋给朱令下毒），一定是与pku man 关系极为密切的人。
第三是motivation，杀朱令姐姐的motivation我不能推论，因为没有任何可以推论的根
据。但是我可以推论朱令姐姐是被杀的，杀人者一定有motivation，只是我们不知道。
毒害朱令的motivation我已经说了。
这里你没有问我为什么我说pku man 一定是知情人。我在后面的文章中会提出证据。

I think intent is to address whether the case is caused actively by
the defendant or passively. The motive is the inner motivation for

【编者按】
2015年，上海有3名学子被哈佛大学录取，他们分别是来自上海中学的李嘉昊、
复旦附中的李以伦和上外附中的沈赫赫。沈赫赫同学不仅被哈佛大学录取，还被普林斯
顿、耶鲁、斯坦福、西北大学、加州大学伯克利分校等7所美国高校录取。
关于自己，沈赫赫是这样说的……
我初高中七年就读于上海外国语学校，初三毕业后在美国纽约一所公立学校交
流一年。
在上海、纽约，我都是学校学生记者团和校报的主编。南京青奥会期间，我作
为央视青奥少年记者出镜报道。
在国外学习的一年，让我对中美教育、教育平等、性别平等的议题有了更深刻
和直观的感受，并在高中期间建立了行动派P.I.E.发起有关教育的研究项目、组织讨论
性别平等的沙龙，女生防身术工作坊等。
闲暇时间，我喜欢去小型女性文学沙龙，看美剧，跳拉丁舞，学做咖啡。

state mall has been charged with five counts of first degree murder,
according to Skagit County jail records.
Arcan Cetin, 20, was taken into custody Saturday night after a nearly 24-

没有保险并不等于不能看病，而且其中一部分人是不想买保险而不是买不起。
你可以认为health care是基本人权，但是halth care is not equal to health
insurance. 政府大包大揽给穷人买保险，那些人当然愿意，免费的谁不愿意。问题是
这些钱从哪来？穷人们已经有了基本的health care保障，生病去医院，看完病不掏钱
，这就是穷人目前的真实写照。政府已经为他们提供了你所说的这个基本人权保障。还
在贪得无厌的想得到免费医疗保险，然后呢？天天没事，不管大病小病，往医院跑，反
