早上8：30左右， 我开着爱车在自家TOWN的商业区路段正常行驶。
正处上班高峰时期，路上有不少的车及行人。
这是一条双向单车道的路段， 在快接近一条最BUSY的大道的路口时，发现右侧紧贴路
口的路沿处停着一辆灰色Volvo Sedan与一辆Ford警车。一个矮壮体型的光头西裔警察
手中拿着ticket，正站在Volvo车窗外与司机谈话。
于是我提高了警惕，欲减速通过，期间绿灯由黄变红，我便在stopline前停了下来。
灰色Volvo此时就在我右侧后方半个车位的位置。 我看到Volvo的司机是一非裔男，情
绪激动地在和警察争论什么，由于我关着窗，听不太清他们争论的内容。
之后警察和司机结束了谈话，回到了警车上。 接着Volvo亮起了左转灯欲pull回路上。
而警车依旧停在那里没有动静。

撇开种族立场，单从心理学角度来看梁警官这个案子，我们就需要静心静气地反思这一
事件是什么因素导致12个陪审团一致认为梁警官有罪的共同心理。
我们需要做一个假设，假设梁警官是一个有教养的人，那就会出现下列一系列“如果”
。我们根据这些“如果”对12个陪审团的心理作用从而推导出结局应该是怎样的。
1.如果梁警官是一个善良的人，那当他得知他的子弹误伤了人（这是他和同胞们坚守的

低的，真出事的话，球用不顶。
我没买collision，其余的都买了半年158刀，GEICO给了个令我吃惊的价格。我原来用

3.1保险计划的各个赔付范围
保险，是一份合约（保单），它规定在受保人交保险费的前提下，保险公司在受保人和
受保车在各种情况下负多大的责任。不要被英文的合约吓到，因为这些合约的各个组成
部分都是模块化公式化的，合约只是把你选中的模块堆砌在这个合约里面，所以你不用
担心各个模块里面的文字游戏和法律陷阱。
买保险，首先要明确保险的范围或者覆盖方面（Coverage），也就是保险公司什么情况
下负责赔付谁多少。这些东西，加起来就是保险计划或者合约的主题部分。
初级部分里面已经提到，最基本的保险范围是人身伤害和财产损失，没有买这两个保险
的司机，是不能合法开车的。现在就保险范围做更广泛深入的介绍。因为学习工作都是
用英文，而且读者仍然需要用英文和保险公司打交道，所以我们在讨论这些专业名词的
时候，为了不含混，主要用英文，有时用汉语翻译一下，翻译不一定符合中国的习惯。

非是StateFarm,Farmers, Travelers, Allstate, Geico, Nationwide, Progressive.
还有如果有home insurance / renter insurance 就会有折扣. 还有deductible 不要
太低,推荐750以上 (除非你好车又经常出车祸).你可以要求列出每项收费, 例如:
Comprehensive: 750 Deductible
Collision: 750 Deductible
Bodily Injury: 250k/500k
Property Damage: 100k
Medical Payments: (有医疗保险不要算了）

两家不通过agent会便宜点：
Progressive
Geico
其它还有
Allstate
Farmers
AAA
State Farm等。
可以考虑：

Uninsured Motorist $250k/$500k
Underinsured Motorist $250k/$500k
二手车如果只值几千可以不保自己的车。要保自己的车也选择high deductible，比如
Comprehensive(COMP) $1000 deductible
Collision(COLL) $1000 deductible
原因是claim多了保费会大涨，保险主要是防止大事故巨额赔偿，小事故自己出钱。

张黄色的叫"traffic ticket", 右下角写着"MOTORIST COPY - TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
BUREAU".上面有罚款金额，邮寄地址，听证会办公室地址等。
另外一张是白色的，叫"Uniform Traffic Ticket", 右下角写着“MOTORIST COPY -
TSLED”，既没有回邮地址，也没有金额，也没有法院地址，除了基本的个人信息和车
辆信息和黄色ticket一样。

你要是撞了人，保险额度不够赔怎么办？对方会用自己保险的underinsured motorist
coverage。然后对方的保险公司会再向你讨要这笔钱。
现在双方刚好都用geico，所以geico来要钱了，要的是付给怀孕女的underinsured
motorist coverage。这时geico实际是以对方保险公司的名义来要钱的。 |

underinsured motorist，B不能再找A要钱，更不能找a要钱。但b还可以去告a要钱（如
果这样的话估计没有律师会接案）。

马上要从NC搬到MD，我的NC车险下个月底到期renew，现在刚刚收到renewl的notice，半
年还是180多；给我NC的agent打了个电话，他说MD对这个外州过去的车子卡得比较死，
要赶快换成MD的保险。给他推荐的一个allstate MD
的agent打了电话，刚刚收到他的quote，半年要700多。

我原来NC的保险bodily injury和uninsured motorist：30k/60K， property damage是
50k。刚刚在MVA网站看到这边要求是30k/60k，property damage 15k而已。开的是个破
车，请问大家在这边买车保的时候是按最低标准就可以了吗？
之前打电话quote了几家，一开始allstate给我quote个700多半年半包，当时吓了一跳
，后来仔细一看他给我加成50k/100k的bodily damage/uninsured motorist，然后
property damage 也给加成50k了。
现在我NC这个policy 180半年，目前quote Geico最低，按照MD 最低要求是250 半年，

Man charged with shooting Garner motorists
GARNER, N.C. — Garner police arrested an 18-year-old Raleigh man on
charges that he shot at two occupied vehicles Wednesday night, injuring

In 2009 the Texas legislature passed HB 1815, also known as The
Motorist Protection Act (MPA). The bill affects the Penal Code, allowing
