Technology Group)侵犯卡内基美隆大学(Carnegie Mellon University)的两项专利，
「美满科技」应赔偿11亿7000万元。这是截至目前为止，美国智财权史上，侵权赔偿金
额最大的一笔。
据报导，「美满科技」代表律师麦迪逊(Steven Madison)对判决表示「失望」，但这只
是「上半场」，将对裁决提起上诉。
美满电子科技公司创立于1995年，总部在加州的圣塔克拉拉，是由印尼华侨周秀文博士
及妻子戴伟立女士、胞弟周秀武共同创办的。据业界资料指出，2010年该公司名列全球
20大半导体厂商，在中国上海等地都设有工厂。
