我以前在国内洗过3次牙,洗好除了医生说3小时内只能喝水以外嘴部没有感到不舒服。
上周又在clinic做了mouth cleaning,也很好。
不过见过有人洗牙打麻药的,不知道为什么,我洗了几次牙一点都不觉得疼,可能是我
的牙软。

目前怀疑是7天前打得疫苗MMR(还有DTap,水痘),可是当时打针后的那个晚上就烧过
了,转天也好了。或者是细菌感染,但是没法抽血,不能确认。
不知道为什么一定要抽静脉血。像孩子现在这么不舒服,见了针管、病房就害怕的,该

先来讲一下麻醉的作用。小儿麻醉最基本的可以说是:睡眠+止痛=麻醉。睡眠对小儿手
术非常重要,因为小儿对于手术会有高度的恐惧感,特别是牙科会用到很多工具, 如
果孩子的蛀牙很多, 要拔,做根管, 作冠, 会时间比较长。如果孩子一直在清醒的
状态, 会对他的心理造成极大的恐惧和伤害, 可能以后都会惧怕看牙, 这是我们不
愿意看到的。同时小孩很难耐受疼痛以及术中因固定姿势而造成的不舒服感觉, 如果
不停挣扎的话, 手术操作中万一造成误差, 我想也没有家长愿意这种事情发生。特别

playing while eating. sometimes they don't put food in mouth after
swallowing; sometimes the food stays in his/her mouth for a long time
without being chewed.
If they keep eating, but simply needs more time to finish, that's fine.
But if they just playing around and not concentrate on eating, that's the

evaluation from State Early Intervention to see if there is overall global
delay. Oral moter issue tend not to be the only problem. The theory behind
this is that you child feels differently in his mouth/jaw/lips. That's why
the child like to stuff his mouth and "pocket" food. Chewing is an instinct
that comes naturally, not something every child needs to be trained on.

术非常重要,因为小儿对于手术会有高度的恐惧感,特别是牙科会用到很多工具, 如
果孩子的蛀牙很多, 要拔,做根管, 作冠, 会时间比较长。如果孩子一直在清醒的
状态, 会对他的心理造成极大的恐惧和伤害, 可能以后都会惧怕看牙, 这是我们不
愿意看到的。同时小孩很难耐受疼痛以及术中因固定姿势而造成的不舒服感觉, 如果
不停挣扎的话, 手术操作中万一造成误差, 我想也没有家长愿意这种事情发生。特别

堆术前协议时, 常常会被一些字眼吓到。家长们觉得麻醉会影响孩子未来的智力发育
和记忆力而且有很高的风险性。而我们做儿童牙科的, 麻醉却是我们一种常用的手段。
在诊所里, 经常有家长会说“医生,给我的孩子动手术可以不上麻醉药吗?我的孩子
很配合,手术的时候你们按住他不让他乱动行吗?”家长的心情我可以理解, 但在多
数情况下, 麻醉还是要用。
其实儿童牙科的麻醉分很多种, 不仅仅是大家想像的送到OR的那种。

俺现在这么描述:
俺的疑惑,是你娃前面的描述,一定要看某个电视、一定要去某个
lane check out、一定开车回去,完全是 strong-willed。
但是当被 time out 的时候,却毫不在乎,这个从俺的角度理解
是非常自相矛盾的,这时候为啥 will power 突然消失了。。。
但是如果回过头来看俺上面那段话,之所以产生 paradoxical,
是因为我假设 strong-willed 应该是 consistent 的 --
consistently control & planning 娃自己的 schedule/life
。。。所以错在这个假定。。。不是所有的will power 都是这样
consistent 的。
现在回到实战,在 strong-willed 和 logical/analytical
之间,在俺的回忆里,貌似老师们对 strong-willed 总是
半信半疑的神情。
我在想,可能是俺错了,还错了 N 年。俺的俩娃,可能就是
