基因风波，益海嘉里坚称证照齐全合法规》。根据报道看，益海嘉里集团实际上承认了
金龙鱼非法上市。
该报道说：此前有舆论称：“作为几乎垄断中国食品市场食用油的金龙鱼，其原料转基
因大豆没有遵照法规规定经过卫生部的受理审理，农业部审批没有完整的手续和安全证
明。如此上市，是涉嫌非法上市和非法销售。”上述舆论还称转基因大豆安全性存在问
题。
该报道说：益海嘉里方面表示，该集团获得了农业部颁发的“中华人民共和国农业转基
因生物安全证书(进口)”，批号分别是“农基安进字(2011)第4938号”、“农基安进字
(2011)第4939号”，有效期从2011年12月2日至2012年6月2日，对象为来自巴西的转基

，很难经得起推敲。这次次贷危机中大张旗鼓制造次级贷款和房屋贷款衍生品最厉害的
公司，基本都不是混和经营的金融机构。倒掉的金融机构中，wamu是单纯的commercial
bank；FNM/FRE是半政府机构；AIG根本不是bank；lehman/MRL/bear sterns是单纯的
investment bank。这里面只有citi是混合经营银行。可见CB/IB的混和经营根本不是问
题的根源。想想看，格拉斯-斯蒂格尔法案怎么能防止wamu和FNM/FRE在房屋市场牛市向
无法承担房价的人提供贷款呢？有怎么能阻止GS/LEH/MS/MRL/BS这些和commercial
bank一点关系也没有的机构去将之证券化呢？
这种源于人类本性的金融业boom/bust的循环，很难靠对过去一次教训的矫枉过正来避

，还发现：精炼油中的草甘膦残留量高于粗油。大豆油允许的草甘膦“最高允许残留量
”: 0.05mg/kg。卫生部2005年《国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量GB2763-2005》对对
棉籽油规定的“最大残留限量”规定为0.05mg/kg，与俄罗斯对大豆草甘膦残留量标准

本科是国内某工科top学校（专业是工科，但和CS/EE没有任何关系），离开大学快九年了，一直在地方团委干，东西都还给老师了，本科时微积分，线代什么的都还不错，高中还物理竞赛得了奖，小城市高考理科状元，对编程，CS，EE一窍不通，28周岁。
如果找不到Google，Facebook的工作，自学多久可以找到微软，Cisco，IBM之类的工作，也有考虑去念一个CS，EE的master，能不念自学找到工作最好，绿卡移民来美国的。
大学学得那些东西全部还给老师了，要真找到技术工作，不论是哪一行都是要重头从零开始学。希望大家都给点serious的建议，多谢啦。大家都是在美国混都不容易。

Normally open five-card majors in all seats.
Open the higher of long suits of equal length: 5-5 or 6-6.
Normally open 1D with 4-4 in the minors.
Normally open 1C with 3-3 in the minors.
Notrump openings show a balanced hand and can be made with a five-card
major or minor suit.
1NT = 15-17
2NT = 20-21
3NT = 25-27

there is no bid after pd's 2/1 bidding
for example, Axxxx Kxx KQx Ax
what can you bid after pd's 2c? no bid . 2nt is too weak, 3nt shows
18-19 pts, 2sp is too weak, and you will face pd's ugly 4h raise
if you bid 2h. so 1nt is the only bid indeed.
