发帖数: 1471 | 2 agency当然不可能直接告诉你OEM为你付多少钱，但是只要你关系好，你可以从OEM你的
supervisor那里打听到，或者你agency的supervisor也可能偷偷告诉你也说不定。
以Ford为例，早些年所有Ford contractor都是被扒两层皮，为什么呢，因为Ford所有
contractor都是走MSX International，这个公司就好像是Ford特别开出来的洗钱公司
一样，有些利益方可以捞一笔。其他所有的Agency都是从MSX那边sub-contract，对于
contractor而言这是第二层扒皮。最近几年听人说有点变化了，MSX不再是一家吃独食
，Altair现在也可以直接给OEM供应contractor了。所以如果走Altair的话你可以少被
扒一层皮，rate自然也就可以高点。 |

购买NSX的大多数都是赛车爱好者甚至狂热者 但NSX开到10w mile 甚至15w mile的有

偶来答第二问吧: 因为replicaton on B is running fine, 如果你reinitialize, 就
会有不允许(或警告)你不能re-init 从A到B的repl. 也正是因为B正在running, 那么A
到B的snapshot是没问题的, 那么在你re-create A上replication之后, 只要启动log
reader or distributor agent就行了.

rate会高一点。因为要H1B，扒皮以后到手的差不多$40/hr。后来出坑以后发现这个
agency已经很良心了，有10天paid vacation还有$3000/yr的401K，最重要的是医保非
常好而且几乎是免费的。
其他一群烂魔agency比如Altair，MSX International这样的，至少扒你30%走，高的甚
至有40%-45%，底特律这种地方，只要给你工资超过55000就可以给你办H1B，很多
Agency就是用这个数作底来和你谈的。
只有一种情况bargain power在你这边，就是你认识三大的人，拿着offer去找Agency，
这种情况你可以拿到很高的rate。
如果你有卡，为什么还要挤OEM contractor这条船，找个大点的supplier做direct
hire不好吗？OEM的contractor这条路至少要熬3-5年才给你转正，你前面还有N个做了N
年的contractor在排队等呢。不管你contractor工作做得多好，转正是排队的，除非你
