P2,P3的时候我们每周都写，刚开始一个SOAP得搭进整个周末呢
还要考试SOAP的
哪有答案看呀，呵呵
现在实习了，发现医生才写那么复杂的SOAP，我们不用写这么复杂
不过是个很好的临床练习过程呀
SOAP写顺溜了，以后写MTM的时候就非常容易了
pharmacy真正开始让我感兴趣，是从学写SOAP开始。。。

慢慢会熟能生巧的
认真写每一个SOAP
刚开始我每个SOAP都要花整个周末写
从看教科书到看guideline
不要投机取巧的看答案，要自己总结，收集整理
到P3下学期的时候，SOAP的考试已经能比较轻松的完成了
现在在clinic做MTM，虽然写的是言简意赅，但思路还是一样的，以前SOAP的练习非常
重要

自身条件也不够，通过TOEFL+NAPLEX只是个门槛，没有经过他们的系统训练。现在招人
什么MTM，POC，DM education, CPR,Immun。。。，各大连锁店的grad intern
checklist长长的一大摞
美国药学院毕业的，好像还没听说找不到的。都是毕业之前很久很久就有offer了。
本人所在州药师需求在全美倒数前10（根据下面这个不太靠谱的地图）

发帖数: 1251 | 9 OK,我来说说吧，我做了NCPA的business plan,我们队的financial statement是我做的
，所以大概有些感觉了。一个处方平均是12.45（我们要买的那个药店的情况），加上
一点compounding, store front sale, immunization, services,long term care,
MTM, 从第一年扯平，到第五年，我们基本上可以除了phamracist的工资之外，还可以
有20多万的利润 (我的账上的利润还要多，不过我想我在tech上还需要增加人手），所
以还是很不错的。而且还不算5年之后，你还可以把药店卖个几十一百万。我以前是觉
得买房子租出去是最好的，但是那样要30年才能付完mortgage.做生意的话，5年之后基
本上就可以把银行business loan付完了。还是做生意来得快。
firestone,你是在哪里的呀？怎么有中国人的老年公寓呢？我在北加（不在旧金山），
好像没有听说我么这里有中国人的老年公寓 |

walgreens人手一样，太不人道了。作为intern,我毫无压力，反正不管我的事。但是我
真心不希望在这么一个店里面工作，pharmacists需要做的事太多了：
review rx, review filled rx, answer phone calls, counsel, immunization, new
to therapy call,还有mtm这个店。现在店里基本上所有的counsel, immunization都是
我在做。要是没有intern,怎么活呀？就算有intern,我都活不下去这个店。 |

日子来了，如果你是美国纳税人，且在去年做了200笔交易以上不管你是亏还是挣的，
老姜介绍的方法可能可以给你省一大笔美国税。IRS在1997-98年为DTers定了新的Rules
。不详细说了，要点如下（前一年的4 月15号之前告诉IRS，你要做trader了 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/p550--2007.pdf publication 550, page 72）：
1. 如果你是比较频繁的炒股者，就可以把炒股当成一个生意来报税；
2. 大概要200笔以上才比较好，笔数越多越好；
3. 即使你有别的FULL TIME工作也没关系，就好比你有工作但是又开了一个公司一样；
4. 你可以在SCHEDULE C里面填上公司名字为“TRADER IN SECURITIES”，IRS就知到你
是炒股的了；
5. 你可以把家里的长途电话费，cell phone, 网费，CABLE TV买电脑，电视机，家具
