dead lift are advanced workout, even for squat, start from smith machine
first.
Safety is #1 in exercise routines. For myself, dead lifting is even more

UA里程票 版上有说法,从美国飞欧洲亚洲,回程必须从欧洲回美国
开始SEARCH到一张 NYC-AMS 荷兰 - PVG 返程PVG-MUC 德国或巴黎-NYC的票, 7W唛
+ 120多出票/机场费用。 没急着出票。 回程输入国内其他城市(非北京/上海),
然后国航的航班就显示出来, 头程飞北京 LAYOVER 2小时飞纽约 全程连转机就17小
时。
也许理想的来回日期不是每天都有,稍微FLEXIBLE一点(前后差1-2天) 很可能就有票。
里程这样用太划算了 主要是行程时间大大缩短。买同样的票要4-5K 美刀, 2千多的票
时间飞行时间太长。 另外划算的里程方法就是订商务/头等舱 上个月把原订的经济舱
升级 UA去上海没有商务/头等的区别, 7W MILE 光是带三个满满的行李都值 |
