house inspector 发现crawl space有泥而且稍有积水
我们在加州湾区，昨天刚下完大雨--不知道影响有多大。
木桩上的mark说明水曾经到过木头(如图)。
院子里有两个sump pump, 屋里正下方还有一个。
但现在只有一个plugged and functional。
请问问有经验的同学
1. 这问题有多严重？ house inspector 说 foundation 现在没问题。
it's not a deal breaker but it should be treated.
他建议找 licensed contractor 估价。
2. 这东西该花多少钱修？我看网上有公司做Crawl Space Encapsulation,

我这里所讨论的英雄并非穿着蓝色紧身衣、披着过时的大红披风的超人（超人粉们，对不起，我欣赏不了那么浓重的大红大蓝。已经有人说我脑子muddy了，其实我是品味muddy, 烙的葱油饼和做的酥皮点心也跟着掉渣儿。），或是多智近妖的诸葛孔明，这些人、或虚拟人天赋异人，可算神人（既是神仙的神，也是神经的神）。我只说普通人中出来的英雄，不是才华能力过人的人。
英雄是被大众尊敬，道德体系所褒扬的，受到社会认可的弱势群体（嘻嘻，原因下面会说明），但平凡人是否要正想效仿呢？几年前网上很流行董存瑞炸碉堡的笑话，大意是谁想作英雄啊，不过是被战友集体陷害，手被胶水粘上了。这个笑话至少说明两点：一、英雄是牺牲个人利益保全群体利益的人；二、当群体利益需要牺牲个人利益时，群体会集体良心失语，将个人送上断头台。那个被群体牺牲掉的人，在群体良心平衡时被正名为“英雄”，也有人不被人知，也有人被惯以骂名。人都不在了，名算什么呢？现在社会都提倡英雄主义，不过是让人自己感动自己去自发牺牲，不用浪费胶水了。
我以英雄为例就是要说明民主单独实施是不可行的。民主是要以大多数人的意见为主，但那些弱势群体的利益就无端被牺牲掉吗 |
