help.Few days back I made an unannounced vacation trip to manila,
Philippines.Everything was going fine until last night when I was
mugged on my way back to the hotel,all cash and credit card were
stolen off but luckily for I still have my passport safe.
I've been to the Embassy and the Police here but they're not helping
issues at all they asked me to wait for 3weeks but I can't wait till

words means a lot. Many are caught in subway system in Massachusetts, which
did not bother with undercover and which sometimes posts a mug shot from
surveillance cameras in subway system. Suspects often just turn temselves in
when the photographs are in newspapers. Beaches may or may not have
surveillance cameras. Go back. |

今天签的。
因为曾经有个车祸，搬家没收到hearing notice，结果发了arrant。只有去get booked
，照了个mug shot，但是根本不需要bail。后来去法院，degrade成了infraction.律师
说，跟闯了红灯一样的，小事情。但是填160今后，要说自己被arrested过。
今天上海签的，亚裔签证官就问这个问题。我就给他看了法院的dismissal的notice，
然后他也说ok，后来他要看我交罚款的单子，我一时没找出来。他说，没有，我就不能
issue visa today。我赶紧找到了，给他了。
他最后说，ok you passed.但是，他把那个notice，还有罚款单，夹在我的护照里面。
