2017年3月31日凌晨，首尔中央地方法院针对前总统朴槿惠签发了逮捕令，随后朴槿惠
被检方逮捕。朴槿惠由此成为韩国宪政历史上继全斗焕和卢泰愚之后，第三位被逮捕的
卸任国家元首。
据《中央日报》3月31日报道，韩国签发逮捕令之后，检方随即逮捕了朴槿惠，并用检
方车辆将其移送至了位于京畿道义王市的首尔拘留所。此前，朴槿惠在3月30日接受了
长达8小时41分的口头审讯，创下了审讯事件历史最长的记录。韩联社称，法官签逮捕
令的理由是“主要嫌疑事实确凿、存在湮灭证据之虞”。朴槿惠涉嫌13项指控，其中有
