共和党这几天正在商议在下月推出边境安全强化和高技术工人签证政策两个议案。形势
比人强，可惜他们的动作还是太慢，太晚，越是如此，O8越会坚定且迫切地推出行政令
，且必须把边境安全和合法队民们包括进去。今天再说这些实际上只是炒冷饭，一个赤
裸裸的事实是，两党都在为选票而奔忙，无非是谁把果实发下去，干这活，保守的党派
自然没有慷别人之慨的党派来得迅猛，更别说有几个搅屎棍在那抢风头了。
当解放快来临的时候，就发现，在哪个党的手里都有解放的希望。一个长了七八年的瓜
，总有落蒂的时候。
人有好运坏运之分，也许后面几年过140的人直接就能绿了，记得08年的时候朋友NIW等
一年半也绿了，实在是没有什么可比性。 |

12年奥巴马给[50万]非法儿童DACA发EAD，合法移民[没]动。虽然参议院通过的全面移
民改革里面[有]合法移民的部分，但[不代表]后面改革合法和非法一起动。如这次8月
末大赦有可能合法移民拿EAD，但也很难说。
但是12年DACA法案出来后松动了土壤，印度三哥就去闹了H4-EAD。现在边境上儿童危机
，各大媒体也都表示同情（小孩们确实非常可怜），肯定要人道主义解决，可能要赦一
批。又扯远了，不管怎样，移民法又要[动]了。如果非法移民8月末行政大赦，我们合
法的盼140/STEM-EAD（但没有看到提出）。
非法移民代表在白宫前哭/在摄像机前哭/争取大赦。这就是美国。所以合法EB一方面乐
观等待放水（适合2012年PD的），另一方面还必须积极努力，发出自己拿EAD的诉求(你

Meriweather was flagged for two clear-cut personal fouls in Sunday's win
