le的，就是说你只要签这一次，在签证有效期内来去自由。而且加拿大申请移民容易，我
认识许多来的时候是留学生，呆个两三年都变成移民了，有人硕士博士读下来，都变成加
拿大公民了。拿着加拿大护照，想去哪儿去哪儿。
呆在美国最令人沮丧的就是签证，身份问题了，操不完的心，费不完的劲。
加拿大当然也有不爽的地方，钱少。像我呆的这个学校把还算top10，CS专业的博士还要
交学费的，本来就没多少钱，交完学费比维持基本生活费多一点，我知道博士一个月达不
到1000加比，有的才七八百。硕士的钱更少，有的需要打工才能维持生活。在美国读书呆
个一年半载的都能弄俩车，我们这儿的博士都很少有车。
加拿大学校很少，大概也就 U of toronto 和 U of waterloo,能跟美国的二流学校比一
比，其他的差的很远，
加拿大的学校不好申请，一个很大的原因就是，加拿大移民太多太多了，多的超乎你的想
象，移民们很少找到工作，许多人就涌进大学了， |

我也有这个问题，前几天刚解决好。30刀买了一个VGA转1080的 hdmi的转换器。8年的
老笔记本就可以做station用了，display里面设置multipal， 图像就到电视里去了，
很清晰，今天还新接上了国内的卫视直播节目，看得很流畅。

1。将expression parse 成三块 expr1 operator expr2
2 。如果expr1, expr2 都是数字，return 计算结果。 比如6＊6
3。 不然，如果operator 是乘除的话，parse 来string2里的第一个数字，得到结果

我就是浪费了1天时间研究inspection report,琢磨着一封声泪聚下情理动人的email,
人家一句话就给挡了, I have multip backup offers,很喜欢这房子就只能从了,最后

变化一：库存量将比去年再次减少
通常情况下，库存少，意味着房地产价格将上涨。此外，湾区临近硅谷，这里聚集了世

热。
大公司一般提供房租补助。新员工在买房前一般先租房，这会推动租金上涨，引诱投资
者购房。这将促使房屋需求远超过目前的库存量。
变化二：高密度建房将更多
湾区土地的有限，可谓是寸土寸金，导致房地产开发商想在一块土地上建更多的房子。
因此，连排屋(Townhouses)将是开发商投资最多的房型，而且现在不少的Townhouse都
修成了三层，这正是最大限度得利用土地面积。

想买个muliti-plex 投资房，在芝加哥西北郊都行。目前比较感兴趣Evanston一带。
以前在芝加哥住过几年，但都在downtown,对西北郊区不熟悉。看redfin 觉得芝加哥
multi-plex 不少，上个月又去过一次芝加哥。
估计飞过去看一两次就买了。当然去之前希望agent 推荐房源。

In general, I think he is way positive to Lin than BS and McHale. Always
