you got yourself a SLR in this holiday season. Invest in a good filter that

用Turbotax报税。加了这个房子，表明了是multi-family，选了“No,this property
was not rented all year“后，Turbotax问：
"Days rented at a fair rental price"
几个单元在2014年都有不同的空档期,这个“Date rented”一栏怎么填？
我想一个解决办法也许就是一个单元一个单元填（不过这个可能会导致其它问题，所以
未必是个合适的办法。
不知道有类似情况的人是怎么解决的？

在这里给各位买房的提个建议：在multi offers的情况下，如果大家首付和其他情况差
不多，价格真的是很关键。买房者不妨在心里价位的基础上，把rebate的那部分钱加到
价格里面，毕竟rebate和房子不具有可比性。
别扔砖，不是抱怨buyer不加钱，而是提个真诚的建议。谢谢。 |

netbook一族。老的笔记本一般来讲没这个福气了，不过也不是完全没了希望。
这里有个google code project,可以帮你实现部分multi-touch功能，主要是two
finger scrolling和two/three finger touch. 前提是你的touchpad maker必须是
synaptics.
