标 题: 家里网络居然有不明有线“蹭”网，走powerline的网络是不是不安全？

今晚上网觉得网速特慢，想起前几天看到的无线“蹭”网卡，发觉自己也有可能被蹭了
进入猫的管理页面一看，多出来四五个不明连接。有一些奇怪的名子叫什么ahmed什么的
（中东黑客？）
网络用的是ATT的U-Verse,进户用的是3800HGV-B Gateway。因为懒得记无线的KEY，就
用了一个5个字母的密码，WEP－open验证。想来蹭网的都是找没有验证码的，真不知道
还有人破WEP，虽然据说工具很多。
换加强密码，改WPA2－PSK验证。重新登陆，一看还在，刷新几次，少了几个IP。
然后一台电脑一台电脑对照，还有三个不明IP。而且连接类型是有线接入Gateway的。
想了一下，因为安装的时候，GATEWAY离Living room太远，没法连Desktop和打印机，
ATT的工人就 |

that, if you try to cover up your unpreparedness by mumbling on, not only
can everyone tell, but you're also wasting your professor and classmates
time.
By passing, I feel the ensuing embarrassment for a minute or two, and then I
get over it - AND THEN I would make sure I'm well prepared for the next two
weeks because you can bet your life the professor would call on me again

因为两地，今年一直在断断续续找工作想换地方。有几个面试，不过到现在还没有拿到
offer。有些心得体会，希望对找工作的化学同道有帮助, 也给自己攒人品。
1）简历。可参考待字闺中的很多帖子。比如有名的
Random Mumble 完全随机的嘟嘟囔囔http://randommumble.blogspot.com/
2）搜索工作及投简历。一般是用indeed 搜索，然后去公司网站上申请。
3）为电面及未来的面试 准备工作，这个是和第二步同时进行。待字闺中的码工们做大
量的题来准备面试，我没题可做，但有大量的准备工作要做。这是我所做的。对简历上
所列知识点都复习一遍，把博士硕士论文都看一遍，因为毕业几年就忘了。看高分子物
理和化学的书本，复习所有的基本概念。这个还没完成，有空就学习学习。
4）电面。电面一般围绕着简历。电面前如果有条件，仔细研读职位要求，对每一条要
求，列出对应的经历，比如经历长度，技术手段（可是合成，可是表征），所解决的问
题。事先准备得越具体越好。小公司招人一般需要人能胜任工作，比较强调个人能力，

DO:
- Act relaxed, even if you aren't. If you come off as stiff, it will hurt
you.
- Smile and laugh during your interview.
- Say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ as much as possible...but don't make a
show out if it.
- Get a nice interview suit that FITS. Don't wear the suit that fit you 25
lbs ago.
- Shine your shoes. Iron your shirt.
- Go to the dinner if at all possible. If you can't go, make sure they know

having to wait for 1 month to confirm whether he/she has cancer?
Unfortunately, in china, if a patient is in a hurry and worry about accuracy
, he can see 20 doctors concurrently, vs in us, he has to wait until his
referred doctor has vacancy, and hope he doesn't die before that. can you

12年的六月，骄阳似火的某个海边小城，一只笨拙的企鹅爬墙摔断了脚，从此就开始了
3个月铁拐企鹅的悲催生活。体重飙升，臂力渐长，一天一天地看着腿上的肌肉和韧带
不断的萎缩。于是，之前很久报名的Olympic distance tri也成了泡影。接下来就是一
年一度的Ironman Wales赛事，为了见仰慕已久的偶像，企鹅又做了一次志愿者，这次
还是在transition area，看得无数鼻血场景，其鸡血作用不言自明。于是9月的某一天
，憋屈许久的企鹅牙一咬，心一横，下了血本儿，注册了来年6月举行的某岛国半铁赛
。同时，胖鹅又勒了勒本来已经放到最后一个眼儿的裤腰带，交了会员费，加入了本地
的triathlon club。
既然已经下了血本儿，虽然已经注定打酱油，但是酱油瓶子总不能漏得太厉害，否则就
亏大发了。于是，从9月起，企鹅同学那买了近一年的车终于得以重见天日。10月份，
和tri club的人接上了头儿，开始参加每个周末的group social ride，一直天寒地冻
，过于危险才作罢。
这一晃就到了13年，从2月底，几乎每个周六早上6点半，企鹅都要从温暖的被窝儿里爬
