考古了很多帖子，都提到只要MMR，Td（Tdap），Varicella, Influenza，以及做结核
病皮试, x光片，血检，尿检，之类
但是看到最新的I-693 part 9中列的疫苗包括：
1. DT/DTaP/DTP
2. Td/Tdap
3. OPV/IPV (Polio, 脊髓灰质炎）
4. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
5. Influenza type b (Hib)：流感嗜血桿菌疫苗。
6. Hepatitis B：乙型肝炎。
7. Varicella：水痘。
8. Pneumococcal：肺炎。
9. Influenza：流感（10月1日-3月31日之间交表需要当年的 flu shot 记录）。
10. Rotavirus：轮状病毒。
11. Hepatitis A：甲型肝炎。
12. Meningococcal：流行性脑脊髓膜炎。
前面提到的MMR是第4项，Td(Tdap) 我猜测是第1和2项，Varicella，influenza也都在

但是上面只有这么几个：

HepA，甲肝，10年前了
MMR 10年前
另外刚来美国10年前的学校疫苗表上还有这几个：
Td 10年前
MMR 第二针，10年前
Mumps 10年前
Rubella 10年前
HepB 13年了，在国内打的，3针
然后10年前测HepB antibody写的我是Positive
chicken pox勾了说我得过
PPD （tuberculosis screening)是十年前做的，2*2
Polio是我很小的时候打过两次，一次是几个月，一次是7岁
现在都有什么移民体检需要做的吗？
如果知道10年前的HepB是positive，会不会被Xray，我是不是可以直接要求去做blood
test?这个blood test可以在家庭医生那里做吗？

首先，TB test有两种，TB skin test，interferon gamma release assay （693 体检表上有列出来）
第一种就是常说的皮试，第二种通常叫血检，如果只是bcg （卡介苗）造成的皮试阳性，是可以通过第二种检查的，不需要再做x ray，也不会收到REF（经常有人说就算知道皮试阳性必须做皮试再上x ray，要不然会收到REF）
如果怀孕不能皮试和x ray，那就抱着电话一个一个的给医生打吧，看看哪家可以做血检。
怀孕第一次见ob抽血检查是必检mmr抗体的，和ob要结果看看是不是meals，mumps和rubella抗体都是阳性，我小时候出国前都没打过mmr，但是都有抗体的。如果不幸有一种或者都没有的话，只好和移民医生说明了，怀孕是不能打mmr的（减毒活疫苗）
TD没有问题，可以打
小时候得过水痘一定有抗体的，不记得的话想想有没有得过带状疱疹，这两个病是一个病毒 |

虽然他offer 给我做测试MMR $59 Varicella $32.
我有印象怀孕时做过类似的测试我有Rubella immune，但是没有Varicella的抗体。
于是约了家庭医生打疫苗，打之前问家庭医生Rubella immune是不是可以认为不要打
MMR,家庭医生说是。于是我只打了Varicella， Tdap，Flu。
结果第二天拿结果到移民医生那儿去，他说Rubella immune只是一项，还必须证明
Mealses， Mumps immune. 于是再跑到家庭医生那儿打，家庭医生不给打，说活体疫苗
必须同一天打，否则就要等28天。于是只好做了MMR test，结果要下星期出来。
请大家吸取教训，如果不确定的情况下，还是一股脑儿全打了吧，省的麻烦。
此外打疫苗比做测试省事，测试通常要等3 business days。
如果下星期test 出来是immune的话就皆大欢喜，否则难道我只能等28天才能拿到体检
结果吗？ 有没有什么更好的办法吗？

体检根据医生不同，需要1天到1个月。一般第一次去，30 minutes excluding
皮试（皮试需要48-72小时后返回看结果）。
如果想快，建议根据移民局的有资格的医生列表，找华人医生，到yelp 上查口碑，在
打电话预约详细询问时间。
理论上一天可以拿到体检结果，攻略如下：
人品好，当天约到医生，带各种防疫记录，减少预防针打针
不做TB 直接X-ray ，人品非常好，当天约到 image center 做x-ray (TB 需要48 小
时看结果)
人品爆发，医生不嫌麻烦，立刻当时给你填表，封信封。

如果你的工作单位有occupational health department，先问他们要一个immunization
record，同时问自己的PCP要一个record，然后再找出出国的时候CDC出体检报告里面
也有免疫记录，3个记录拼在一起，对照下面这个表看看有缺的话在PCP那里打，很多疫
苗是免费的
Mumps腮腺炎
Measles麻疹
Rubella风疹
Polio脊髓灰质炎
Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids Pertussis破伤风，白喉，百日咳（百白破三联苗）

USCIS网站上列出的civil surgeon，打电话过去有好几个都不干了。最后我们找的OKC
的Dr. Lee，就在高源旁边那个小商场的二楼。
Dr. Lee是第三代移民，会讲中文，很客气热情，收费也比较公道（$120）。他对中国
移民的情况比较了解，比如我们小的时候都打过肺结核和水痘这点。
关于疫苗，485要求的主要是MMR, TDap和Vericella（也就是chickenpox），流感季节
还需要打flu，如果你有小黄本/免疫记录/学校免疫记录的话，Dr. Lee会直接给你签字
，据我所知，外州有的黑心医生是会让你在他们哪里再打的。

腮腺的非化脓性肿胀疼痛为突出的病征，病毒可侵犯各种腺组织或神经系统及肝、肾、
心、关节等几乎所有的器官。因此，常可引起脑膜脑炎、睾丸炎、胰腺炎、乳腺炎、卵
巢炎等症状。
并发症之睾丸炎或卵巢炎 年龄大一些的患儿，大多发生在腮腺肿胀后的1周左右，
发生睾丸炎或卵巢炎。睾丸炎表现为高热、寒战、恶心、呕吐、腹痛，一边或两边睾丸
肿胀并伴有疼痛，病后睾丸可能会出现一定程度的萎缩。如果只是一侧睾丸炎，不一定
会使日后的生育受影响，若是两侧睾丸炎则可能会妨碍今后的生育。

You will need a copy of Cache or Ensemble installed to get to its local
online doc set - kinda sparse. But if you are familiar with Basic, it shud
