一般reload最大的问题是装药不准。
freedom munition无论是新还是reload都有这个潜在问题，因为都是他们自己复装的。 |

walmart的白盒差不多，不过仔细检查发现有些弹壳有细微的刮痕。所以应该也不是新
的。今天去靶场打了100发，没有发现任何问题，而且个人感觉弹药比阿贵啦要干净 |

munition.都是40SW的,完全感觉不到差别.
回来擦枪的时候 40SW的P226明显比打了120发blazer 9mm的XD9要干净好多.XD9在
chamber上累计的碳粉是肉眼能看到的厚厚一层.226里面的肉眼看不出来,只有在白布擦
的时候能看到抹下来的污渍.两把枪的差别是在太明显了. |

是世界上空战性能最好的F-16之一。雷达、电子战、对地攻击能力大幅加强，

成的三代机队强不少，跟我鳖在试验中的10B水平相当。考虑到交货和改装的
时间，正好就是我鳖三代改进型入役的同时。所以，到时候两岸水平还是相当。

"First there was GB I's 1989 ban on the importation of "non-sporting"
firearms. This is the one that caused the creation of the MAK 90 and lead to
SKS's being imported with the bayonets removed and M14's being imported
with fake flash hiders and no bayonet lugs.
Then there was the 1994 AWB which ended the importation of MAK 90's.

soft target, 如果target是装甲车，堡垒，建筑等 hard target, 你需要更多的是穿
甲弹。 而JDAM本身也不算大，携带的最大的弹头不过是一枚 2000磅TNT equivalent的
MK84, 而且是 unitary warhead,无法携带足以能摧毁坦克装甲的弹头.即使换成了
cluster munition,里面是你所说的微型智能终端弹头，弹头在 disperse的时候很难得
到一个小的 AoA (Angle of Attack), 从工程上来讲非常难做到。 最后一点，每个小
的终端弹头上必须要有一个seeker,不管是 IR, RF还是 TV,你不可能做到在母弹解体的
一瞬间马上找到自己的目标，同时母弹解体本身也是一种爆炸，这种爆炸会不会损害小
弹头的seeker 也很难说。 |

涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗
劫德国侨产，成心让两国把梁子结大；但德国在广州的租界，英法却要分一杯羹。中国

1917年，段祺瑞意欲废除临时约法，南方五省展开护法运动，中国陷入南北分裂和内战
状态。此后两年裡，日本是训练中国军队和供应武器装备的唯一强国。
英美法对中国武器禁运 日不得不加入
1919年，英国鉴於中国内战迟迟不得消停、影响其在华权益，同时也为了打破日本对华
军火垄断地位，与美、法等国联手达成了对华禁运武器协议，约定在中国成立统一政府
前，禁止各国向中国出售军火及製造军火之器料。
日本虽然不愿加入该协定，但当时由於巴黎和会山东问题的影响，中国反日情绪高涨，
再加上如果日本不参加禁运的话，英法美等协约国有大量一战剩餘军火可以廉价对华倾
销，所以日本也只好勉为其难加入禁运。此后列强不但不与中国内战各方签订武器销售
合同，甚至连以前合同的交付工作也搁置下来。直到1928年东北易帜，中国名义上宣告
统一，列强驻华使节团才在1929年4月宣佈解除禁运。
军阀混战，缺枪不缺人
中国军阀混战时期的普遍现象是兵多枪少，中国军队人数从1916年的50万增加到1928年

1946年7月29日，美国政府在马歇尔建议下对华实施军火禁运，直到1948年11月才解除
武器火禁运。1947年3月21日，国民政府的弹药供应已达到危急程度，而刚好这也是国
军停止不断胜利的时候，可以看出储存半年的美式军火用完后对国军的极大影响，这也
是国共内战中国军失败的最重要原因，而我们却对这短历史一片空白。。。
二战后欧美国家政府民众普遍反战厌战，对于中国国共内战十分不满，一场针对中国的
武器禁运拉开帷幕。1946年，美国通过决议禁止向中国交战双方提供武器，从7月29日
美国方面已拒绝签发向中国提供武器的出口许可，禁运开始生效了。实际上，美国直到
1948年11月才重新开始向中国国民政府提供武器。美国武器禁运的同时,英国对南京国
民政府实施军火禁运，拒绝了南京国民政府购买枪炮子弹、舰炮、飞机机架等请求。英
国外交部宣称:“英国政府的政策是不鼓励中国现时的内战。为了这一目标,只要内战还
在持续,我们就不向中国出口任何战争物资”。
由于美英在当时条件下巨大的影响力，没有一个武器出口国向国民政府出售武器。

特等国鼓励民主革命。当然，由于美国对伊拉克的逊尼派民兵改为扶持政策，与美国打
打杀杀几年的外国战士们（超过一半是沙特公民），也就很方便的不被西方媒体所提起。
而且美国还答应出售200亿美元价值的高科技武器给沙特，以应付伊朗的军事挑战。而
以色列人对这个军售的风险还是洞若观火，因为他们害怕逊尼派极端分子已经渗透进沙
特的陆军和空军，结果还没有和伊朗人开打前，已经先冲着以色列人开火。有以色列的
