此前《华尔街日报》有报导称，令完成曾经与美国官员有所接触，但目前下落不明。

我整个帖子的主题是学校受到宪法第一修正案的限制，而很有可能不会解雇这个教授。
你说的其他内容都已经偏离我最初这个主题了，不过我可以回答你。
我当时没注意到你还提到prohibition。第十三与十八修正案的第一条都是normative的
陈述，作用在于描述授权国会立法的范围，并没有对违反的个人施加任何liability，
一个private actor如果蓄了奴或者卖了酒会如何，有怎样的liability，宪法并没有说
。实际的禁酒令也是通过国会立法National Prohibition Act，而不是第十八修正案而
实施的。假设历史上第十八修正案通过了，而National Prohibition Act因为某原因没
能通过，那么政府还是没法对贩酒者作出惩罚的。因此说宪法不约束私人行为在技术上
是准确的。
另外你把从许可到法庭命令都规为“执照”显然是不准确的。政府给种族主义组织进行
商业登记肯定是不违宪的，美国很多hate group都在州法下进行了incorporation。当

I doubt it was some technology he owned. If he developed it while employed
with 安格, by the way US companies write their employment contract, the
patent right most likely belongs to 安格.
Most likely, it was a technology developed while 安格 was cooperating with
this company in Tianjin. Hu might have been in charge of the development
from 安格's side, but the ownership to the technology was murky at best.
Otherwise, 安格 would have been the first to sue him instead of buying

Every now and then, someone will try to prevent a debate about global
warming by claiming that a consensus of earth scientists supports the
existence of anthropogenic global warming. Well, that so-called “consensus
” is imaginary.

very well explained.
I believe, those liberal bosses know exactly what is right and what is right
. But, to get ahead of those sharp competent guys that they will never have
a chance beating, they have intentionally smear a very murky line between
the black and white.
Well, just like Arab world, they look for a one-idea world that they can run
rampant like poppy seeds and never take responsibility even if that means
