俺这次从玉米地里出来买房，基本指导思想是：南加的房价已经基本到底了，现在大概是最好的入手机会，和 8K 没关系。所以，我觉得你该买，过几年自己住完了，还挣个 30% - 50% 都说不定 ———— 赔了别怪我阿！
