Someone told me the logic is
ATP up -> hydrogen ions up -> too much and exceeds the threshold ->
trigger fatigue -> slow down ATP production
I am not sure of the part, "lactic acid does inhibit muscle
contraction."
I guess the argument might be, you feel sore muscle and fatigue because
hydrogen ions are generated too much and they are more than your body
can
handle. Meanwhile, this decreases your muscle pH too .
Therefore, it might be because of ATP inducing the sore musc |

Before you got this set, what u've used before? The adams?
what's ur motivation to switch to the callaway one?
or after u tried it , and u just like the callaway ?
I used to use the Taylormade 200 series, graphite shaft, standard lie and

that's really good one. I still like it so far.
One month ago, I switched to Titleist 690mb. Before i bought it, i demoed it

d*g 发帖数: 16592 | 23 for woman, especially those who are not used to exercise regularly, exercisi

Also, if the muscle is too weak, and the body weight is comparative (to musc

Thus, try to lose some weight by intake controling while doing exercise is n

I taught myself swimming in my mid 20's. And I didn't care much about
technique in the beginning. I just practiced whenever I could, and as soon
as I got comfortable breathing on both sides, I started swimming for
distance, went from 200m to 2000m in just a few weeks. Learning the 2-beat
kick early on paid off tremendously as it helps conserve energy for longer
distances. Then came a long period of experimenting with different
techniques and making ad...

‘Harry Potter’ Actress Urges Men to End Gender Inequality
Warner Todd Huston September 23, 2014
In a recent speech, actress Emma Watson urged men to help end gender
inequality in the world. But is anything she said consequential? It’s
certainly easy to roll one’s eyes at this sort of fluff. But some think the
speech was a “game changer.”
Filling her role as a UN Women Goodwill ambassador, the 24-year-old Watson
