（2）”不识谱 vs 识谱“。（当然 non-musician 经常为社会舆论所迫而下意识地 “

：先是说背乘法表不好，应该用加法算出来，算着算着自然就记住了。要达到自然记住
的程度，想必算一遍两遍是肯定不够的，三遍四遍估计也不行，再多的话是不是就属于

首先要回答两个问题，第一，职业的musician和一般人的区别在哪里？第二，一般的职
业musician和特别牛的历史能记住的musician区别在哪里？
很多很多做cognitive psychology都研究这个问题：music expertise. 因为expertise
是一个很有意思的现象，到底我们的大脑需要什么样的天赋和锻炼，才能达到让其他人
惊叹的地步呢？
主流心理学文献最一致认为的是ten-thousand hour theory: 任何ｅｘｐｅｒｔｉｓｅ
，包括作曲家，篮球运动员，作家，滑冰，钢琴家，国际象棋选手，甚至是犯罪大师，
都需要１万小时的训练。这似乎是一个ｍａｇｉｃ ｎｕｍｂｅｒ，任何领域都需要１

……显然给Big Band这种台上台下歌舞升平的形式带来了很大困难。在这种情况下，除

一、前言

研人员或科学工作者。
在西方人眼里，从事科学研究的，只要不是学生，不是接受培训的，都可叫做
Scientist。因此，Scientist 可以包括博士后，也可以不包括博士后。
音乐家和 Musician 也是一样。在中国，能被称为音乐家的不多。在西方，一个中学乐
队里的任何一员，都可以被叫做 Musician。
中国人心目中的数学家、物理学家、化学家、生物学家、艺术家、美术家，等等，和它
们对应的西方人心目中的各种家，是有本质的区别的。
所以，别把西方的各种家当回事。但在中国人里，能够被叫做家的，都是了不起的人物。 |

一份工，包括很多名校毕业的，这在圈里是正常现象。学校只负责招生，不负责毕业以
后的工作问题。只有以前的共产党政府，按照计划招生，包分配，才能让musician人人
有工作，但是，前提是那时候的音乐学院入学非常非常难，只有很少的招生名额，这样
才能保证每人毕业了政府可以给安排工作，当然，即使这样也不是人人有好工作的，其
中一部分只能去少年宫这样的，甚至中小学音乐老师而已。你喜欢学什么就学什么，出
来就能保证赚大钱，这种事情不可能。

不过你这发炮弹有点太耸人听闻了吧？
首先请先定义一下什么是“过多重复”。musician职业练琴的强度有多大？背个乘法表
何德何能，能与之相提并论？
前两天看有人评论总统辩论，说希拉里找了半天竟然拿川普20多年前管一个选美小姐叫
“piggy”来说事，正说明川普混迹于选美比赛中没有其它劣迹。
用musician的这种职业病来做例子，是不是说明背乘法表真的没有什么害处呢？
写到这才想到，其实最大的可能是我缺乏幽默感，没有以正确的方式理解你的搞笑。。 |
