啃了2-3cm的，按15卡计算，15卡/100g，之后一直超级忙，喝水都没空，后来经理来了
，我就提前下班了。一直到下班，才喝了两大杯绿茶。上班4.75小时！！！
回到家，胃有点饿的痛，吃了大约1磅的清水煮白萝卜，100卡，21卡/100g，因为没味
道，放了点酱油8卡，8卡/10ml，少许是拉差辣酱，20卡，1卡/g。中间还吃了两片
mutil-grain的面包，230卡，1薄片牛肉ham，30卡，小熊爪拇指饼22个，100卡。气泡
矿泉水1瓶，355ml，0卡。晚餐总摄入：15+100+8+20+230+30+100=503卡
太饿了胃好痛，胡乱吃了乱七八糟好多东西，肚子都撑起来了。结果吃完不到30分钟，
悲剧的拉肚子了。估计瞎吃一通，吃坏了。
全天总摄入热量为：早餐250卡+午间试吃40+20+午餐515卡+晚餐503卡=1328卡
总结：今天彻底爆了，爆的很悲惨，尤其是晚上，吃的太多了。真不经饿，不知道为什
么会胃痛。难道是今天消耗太大么，如果按照标准计算，不按照教练给的指数计算，今
