法令没有改的话，每一年每个个人应该是可以汇五百万新台币的。
你说的转帐是什么？是在台湾银行和银行之间同一个户名的转帐，还是国际银行从台湾
分行的帐户转帐到国外分行同一名下的帐户？如果是台湾内部不同银行的转帐，可以去
银行或邮局填汇款单。如果是跨行从台湾银行转钱到国外另外一家银行，那应该不叫转
帐吧。基本上就是外汇，到外汇部门去办。

“也许你认为这是小事，但‘Myanmar’这个词关乎一个国家的尊严，”吴温纳貌
伦说，“正确使用国名显示一种相互平等和尊重。”
“Burma”是缅甸的英文旧称。1989年，缅甸当局正式把缅甸国名的英文单词“

外为例，缅甸将原来的英译名Burma改为Myanmar，因为Myanmar更接近缅人的自称Myan
Mar的发音；柬埔寨把Cambodia改为Kampuchea等等。所以更改自己国名或是地名的翻译也
不是什么新鲜事情，影响到汉语翻译的以前也有，譬如“象牙海岸”把它的拉丁语翻译一

2010年９月７日国家发改委在官方网站上表示，发改委副主任杜鹰率中国政府代表团参
加了东盟－湄公河流域开发合作第八次部长级会议，会议已就加快泛亚铁路东南亚走廊
建设问题达成了共识，可望在２０１５年建成上述铁路。
专家指出，一旦铁路开始建设，将为沿途各国的制造业、物流业带来巨大商机；建
成之后，中国的能源运输安全也将大有保障。

云南盈江县那邦镇，距离中缅边境的国门只有100米左右。趟过一条河，就到了缅
甸境内的拉咱。正在与缅甸政府军作战的地方武装克钦独立军总部就在那里。近日，连
日的枪炮声，打破了这个边陲小镇的宁静。
国境两头 同一民族不同境遇
“每天都能听到炮声。我们尽量少出门。”云南盈江县那邦镇边陲宾馆工作人员、
来自缅甸克钦邦的董丽艳对新京报记者说，这个宾馆目前由10名缅甸人负责运营，老板
是中国人，但并不在这里。
从去年12月底开始，连日的炮声，令原本闲适的边陲小镇，变得不再平静。去年12
月30日，随着缅甸克钦独立军与缅甸政府军的战事吃紧，3发缅方炮弹落入那邦镇，损
毁了一座房屋，幸好没有人员伤亡。

过去几天，为了镇压民族主义者对缅甸华裔叛军武装的支持，中国的网络审查者删除了
许多照片。一名年轻女孩拿着一面中国国旗的照片就是其中之一。
还有些照片显示了被洗劫一空的店面和平民的尸体；有的平民已经死去，有的受了伤，
正在寻求庇护。
本周，因为战事而流离失所的难民。中国官方媒体称，自战争开始以来，共有逾3
万人越过边境进入中国。

缅边界的果敢地区上周爆发战事以来，已有数十名士兵和叛军人员丧生。
如今，已有成千上万的难民逃到中国，缅甸叛军武装组织也在向中国求助，这些情况使

报载，美国与缅甸关系改善，美国官员放弃用了多年的Burma，开始采用缅甸自称的
Myanmar（1.22《基督教科学箴言报》网站）。这两名词有何不同呢？它们的语源是什
么？
上海辞书出版社1983《外国地名语源词典》426页“缅甸”条说：
“中国古称掸国，唐时称骠国，宋称蒲甘，同时亦称为缅甸。因与中国相距遥远，道路
阻隔，故称之为缅，即遥远之意；又因中缅边区一带称山间谷地为甸，合称缅甸，即遥
远的谷地。英文名Burma，来自得楞语的Brahma，其词源可能与婆罗门或梵文有关。缅
甸人自称巴玛（Bama），梵文作Myamma，意思均为强者，据说这是缅人对自己民族的赞
颂。也有人认为Brahma一名是早期到这里的移民给当地居民起的名称，也是强人的意思
。”
这条释文问题不少，语源说的并不准确。
1 首先说“缅”是表汉语遥远，就好像那是汉人给起的名称了；实际那当然是缅人
自称中Myan的译音，不是汉语。虽然译字用“缅”有点兼取译意的味道，实际却不是真
