去年mylan把epipen价格翻倍引起公愤，那还算consumer product，消费者感觉得到，
但是mylan也是最主要的generic药生产商，提高那些医院必备的基本药物价格普通消费
者就不知道了。
其实big pharm早就准备好了，pfizer15年买下主要的静脉给药生产厂hospira，
novatis旗下的山都士是美国最大generic药生产公司。东方不亮西方亮，虽然没有什么
好药，把这些最基本的老药价格翻几倍还是很简单的。反正现在美元跌，什么东西都涨
价，药涨价也不算太离谱。不过指望医疗保险降下来的川粉就要失望了。 |

district court赢了三次，最后在CAFC输给了Apotex，却让Mylan捡了个大便宜，因为
涉及到很tricky的PED保护问题，根据目前FDA的决定，除非CAFC有专门的决定，FDA才
会批Apotex，否则Mylan就要独享180天的exclusivity。CAFC的opinion读了，从化学的
角度上看（我原来做有机合成的PhD），我认为类似的弄个新的盐就想当新东西卖，是
比较无耻的一种做法，应该全部咔嚓掉。这个案例挺重要的，因为将来会有不少类似的
官司要打。
晶型专利有的还是非常难circumvent的，因为在formulation的过程中，很多不是最
稳定的晶型会部分或者全部转变成最稳定，这就会被抓住小辫子。有很多例子。

安徽老乡Maggie今年22岁平日喜欢吃火锅，肉类为主。从10月5日开始出现拉血症状，
即去附近诊所就医。诊所医生帮约了胃镜，肠镜检查，期间一直拉血，又去了不同诊所
，仍无结果。
到了10月13日，Maggie感觉极度虚弱，撑不下去了，就去了当地的地区医院急诊部，进
行了吊水和输血，没有感觉严重，医院让她两天后出院，去最早诊所约好的胃镜，肠镜
做检查。10月16日完成检查后，诊所医生认为是肠炎疾病(胃出血，十二指肠粘膜活检
中的有许多小白色斑块，肠镜检查 -- 严重直肠和左侧结肠炎症，右半结肠更多斑片状
的炎症，在进行的回肠末端活检中几乎没有溃疡)，开了药有 (因为时间关系请
