muscle 有几个等级, myofiber 是最内部的,myofiber成为 muscle bundle,而
muscle bundle 又需要一个摸把他们fix起来。
不知道对不对,你在多check一下。 |

happen to be cycling but differentiated cells...there are certainly other
cell types...however either hard to get or terminated differentiated and non
-cycling, I don't suppose anyone wants to RP cardiocyte, myofibers, neuron
or B cells for routine therapeutic purpose, agree? Shinya was saying even a
single hair may be too much for him (as he is bald) to donate for iPS...

, and even the myofiber can be dedifferentiated and prolfirate again...maybe
reactive glia could be another potential one... Also, in germ lines...many
of these stuff (including EMT etc) are happening naturally, but how
frequently, how easy etc etc is another issue...I think ys ago your boss
together with the other two cows wrote a nice commentary on the natural de-
differentiation and transdifferentiation hype/hope?...... 阅读全帖 |

Gene therapy — The identification of the gene responsible for the
dystrophinopathies led to initial excitement that transfer of a functioning
dystrophin protein (whether by transplanted myoblast or direct genetic
manipulation) may provide substantial benefit to or even "cure" affected
patients. Although myoblast transfer has been attempted in humans, the
results have thus far not been encouraging [47]. However, in one patient who
received a bone marrow transplant for severe combi... 阅读全帖 |
