东亚青少年近视人数近年暴增：
60年前， 中国有10%-20%人近视，现在90%的青少年近视。
韩国的首尔19岁的小孩，96.5%近视。
即使在美国和欧洲，近视率也提高了一倍。
上世纪60年代，科研通过对同卵和异卵双胞胎的研究，发现近视是受DNA的影响，
所以说，近视是可以遗传的。但是这不是唯一的原因。后来又有说法是和看书/用
电脑时间长短有关，但是这个在2000年初期，某些研究表明这个小时数和近视的risk
没有太大correlation。
2007年OSU的Donald Mutti做了一个500多人（8，9岁小孩）的对比实验，发现室外
活动时间（time spent outdoors)的多少是严重影响视力的一个因子。 之后另一个
实验也证实了这个观点，在悉尼跟踪4000名小孩3年，发现室外时间少的孩子比室外
时间多的孩子更容易近视。而且在这项实验里，只要是在室外的时间，不管是在玩还

far, eye muscles get relaxed and rested.
When you are playing outside, your eyes are changing focus length all the
time, so eyes won't get fatigue.
But when you stay indoor, your attention is more focused on what your are
doing. Your eye muscle is always tense.
That's why increasing outdoor time can significantly reduce myopia. |

挛，治疗假性近视。
真性近视是由于眼球前后径变长，光线无法会聚在视网膜上。
现在的主流观点是，近几十年各国近视发病率急剧增加的原因是儿童户外活动时间减少
造成的。室外的光线强，可以刺激视网膜分泌多巴胺，防止眼球前后径变长。在鸡身上
做的实验支持这一观点。

用眼疲劳导致的假性近视是否发展为真性近视？不知道，也许是光线不能会聚视网膜就
不能有效刺激多巴胺分泌？
ipad手机等对近视的影响估计还没有大规模调查统计的数据支持，但作为家长也不能等
有数据有理论了再干预。多小心点，适当地控制使用时间还是应该地。 |

市里面的熊市价”。12倍的PE对于一家正利润的高增长型的公司低的真的不能再低了。
如新管理层对outlook的下调是股价近期从high 80s滑落到lower 70s的唯一原因。然而
，买股票不是只买一个季度的盈利，买股票主要买的是未来的营运表现。
简单来说，假如我们认为如新的盈利只在今年会下跌1-2刀，那么股价应该最多从
higher 80s跌到lower 80s。市场的over-reaction是建立在“如新今年的outlook下调
意味着未来n年的增长都会停滞”这么一个假设上，所及股价才跌到了lower 70s。
那么这个假设成立吗？未必。如新的销售和利润都在增长，所谓的增长拐点还远远没有
到来。而且今年盈利的下调完全是因为中国业务的暂停所造成的（which is well
restored after the investigation)。

其实东亚人是myopia基因多，70%--80%的人都有这个基因，白人30%左右，黑人更少
因此，就是一本书不看，大字不识，70-80%的中国人还是都有近视，只不过可能不到0.
1那么严重
如果0.8左右的话，也能function啦
这段，我可真不是瞎说啊，~~ 这真是听学术seminar听到了，有paper。

correction of myopia evaluation trial (COMET)”,结论是对真性近视没有效。
如果你说对你有效，只能说你很可能一开始就是假性近视，也就是说由于调节肌痉挛，
晶状体曲率增大引起的。

献。为了实现这个理想，我还去图书馆借了一本解剖和生理学的书，补充自己的医学基
础知识。
对解剖和生理学的学习颇出我意料之外。随便翻开几页，这里not clear，那里又
unknown，基本上没有多少问题是有确切答案的。许多我以前以为是天经地义的医学常
识其实只是一个假设，不是十分可靠。这对我的世界观是一次不小的冲击。我一直信任
的现代医学原来对人体的认识竟然是如此之少，如此不可靠。
我们实验室经常会有seminar。我有一点近视，平时是不戴眼镜的，但是听seminar的时
候会把眼镜戴上。一段时间之后我发现我的视力急剧衰退。我有点担忧，害怕再这样衰
退下去我会被迫一直戴着眼镜。于是我上网寻找对策。我找到了这个网站

intraocular pressure? Sounds like the side effect of this medication: acute
myopia with secondary angle closure glaucoma. It can accompany pupil
dilation and lens displacement. |

成功率也不是99%。
闪光有可能是retina/眼底的问题，要是high myopia造成的detachment就麻烦了。你还
是不要掉
以轻心，最好先找optometrist看看，让他给你refer到好的retinal specialist看看。
眼病大多是slow progress的，一般人眼睛四五十岁开始退化，等到人不行了眼睛也就
差不多完了。
要是从小就开始有问题，不应该掉以轻心。 |
